We were shopping for bed pillows, and already have a Sleep Number bed. While we were greeted upon arrival and led to the pillow display, the sales associate stated he was new and knew little about them. Since I had previously used a Sleep Number pillow and had further researched current pillows offered, I just grabbed a couple and the associate led us to a bed to try them out……..and walked away. He checked in one other time, unable to answer any questions, and that was the last we saw of him. Other associates were busy. We decided what we wanted, and my partner walked over to let another associate know. He seemed a bit put-off, my partner gave him my info (previous bed purchase), and I made the purchase, even though I felt rushed through that process. I’m also disappointed the store doesn’t stock king-size pillows, which we purchased, for delivery. We currently use standard, but the S. N. standard was too small for our liking. Would’ve been nice to try prior to purchase. In the end, it’s a good thing I have experience with Sleep Number products and pretty much knew what I wanted. Further training is definitely needed for this gentleman; I understand on-the-job training, but don’t walk away from potential customers.

Purchased P5 Smart Bed January 2024. 18 months later I just scheduled the 3rd technician visit at an additional cost of $190 each. Bed completely, randomly deflates on one side or the other. Also when we bought it we were told by sales that it would fit inside our existing bed frame and headboard, it did not. I could have purchased several high end mattresses for the price and not have to worry about them deflating. SLEEP NUMBER IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE. Buy yourself a nice Stearns and Foster instead.

I have never slept better and I have my new Sleep Number i8 to thank for it. What a great concept. You can actually set your mattress to accommodate your needs and at the same time my husband can do the same. His sleep number is set on 50 and mine is 30. I am so glad we bought this mattress. Our purchase was made at the Overland Park KS store. Great experience and no pressure. Very professional!

Shout out to the Sleep Number store in Corbin Park. I had the pleasure of working with the most polite, knowledgeable, no nonsense sales person, Robert Gagliardi.
Sometimes buying a mattress is like buying a used car. There are so many to choose from and most sales people will tell you anything to make a sale! Not Robert. He guided me to the perfect Sleep Number bed for our guests.
We love ours…and wanted our guests to have a great night’s sleep too!
It was a completely informative and pleasant experience! So grateful for your kindness and expertise, Robert!!!

My air chamber stopped inflating after 2 years, the warranty only covers 60% and we have to pay 40% which is 163.00. The bed is nice, customer service is kind but you should clearly understand what limited warranty means when you buy a sleep number bed. A failing air chamber after only 2 years is very disappointing.
