If it was possible to give less stars I would. This company is negligent. They take weeks upon weeks to get liability insurance set up. They do not communicate effectively. They do not return emails or phone calls and you have to literally hunt down their agents to get anything done. Avoid this company like the plague.

Elle was fantastic. I am paying less than I did ever with Markel, have better coverage, and it turned out even less $ than what quoted originally.

Ray & his office staff have gone above and beyond helping me figure out exactly what kind of insurance I need for my business. I highly recommend calling & talking to them if you need help with your new business or if you want to see if what you're paying now for coverage is fair. I think they specialize in gymnastics and fitness insurance
