We were asked to arrive between 4:30–5:00 PM and got to the leasing office at 5:15 PM. Despite the office being open until 6 PM, the staff showed zero flexibility or courtesy.
Their attitude was clear: “If not you, someone else will come.”
That’s not how customer service should work.
If you value respectful treatment and a friendly leasing experience, look elsewhere.

My husband accepted a job position in the area. We live about four hours away so I had to rely on what the people said, and the Google reviews were spot on. We couldn’t be happier with Springhill. The apartment was clean. The complex is clean, the staff is friendly and keeps you informed.

Ice and snow removal here is so SLOW. I’ve seen walking trails totally clear and other apartment complexes have their sidewalks done already. Talked to the office lady Alison about getting someone over here to put salt down because it hasn’t been done since the day after the snowstorm, since they made walkways with a snowblower. She insisted that yes, they HAVE been out to put salt down since then but they have NOT. I tried to tell her as much and she said i was “trash talking the maintenance” and that she wasn’t going to have a conversation with me, when I’m just trying to keep her aware of what’s going on because she clearly hasn’t taken a walk around the complex. Called yesterday and they put salt down. Called today about shoveling the crap off the sidewalk and she said she’d “see what maintenance has planned” told her about my elderly neighbor almost falling before I called them to get it done, and she didn’t seem to care AT ALL. Alison’s attitude every time I’ve conversed with her is displeasing to say the least. I don’t recommended this place to live either. The gym is closed all the time. The washers have mold in them and they refuse to replace or clean them. The dryers don’t dry properly and sometimes I’ll have to dry my clothes 3 times before they’re totally dry. Yes, they are aware of the issues and simply don’t care. They send people to “fix” them and then they break a week later. When I moved in my apartment smelled of smoke, there was cigarette buds covering the ground outside, the paint jobs inside the apartment look like they were done by a toddler, there’s random stains on my floors from previous tenants, oh and don’t even look at the photos they have online the apartments don’t look like that at all. This place is like the ghetto of Overland Park. Looking forward to my move in June!

I love living here. The maintenance is quick and the office is so kind! And I love that they love my dog as much as I do!
