We have been coming to this store for our needs with T-Mobile for a few years. Today we worked with Keven and he was absolutely amazing and would recommend going to him, very knowledgeable. However a gentleman named Michael was a more or less short not just with us but also with another customer perhaps that's his personality but we preferred working with Keven

Customer Experience FailNeeded a SIM Card replacement. Rather than prioritize the queue and efficiently help customers based on need, I had to wait and watch some of the most inefficient employees at this CORPORATE store take nearly an hour to perform tasks rather than multi-task.Kudos to Christiaan from Ohio #clevelandrocks for jumping in and addressing my needs like a Rockstar whereas the other slovenly reps and their manager waddled around aimlessly.

T-Mobile is a horrible company. District manager Miranda Stark and regional manager Angie are the most incompetent human beings that walk this earth. Complete and utter scum. Asset protection is a complete joke the guy is like 95 years old. Don’t go to this store they’ll jack your whole bill up and lie to get you to exit the building.

We arrived at 5:50 pm due traffic. She told us that they can only do a transfer of phones until 5 pm. We drove 40 minutes from here.

Been a T-Mobile customer for 14 years and their customer service has been superb. Yesterday's visit to the phone store to get upgraded phones was no different. Christaan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and engaging.

Has come to my rescue twice in the last week working with Will both times. Had just gotten my new fold 3 from the insurance so glad I had that only to lose it yesterday off the Zambi zinger coaster. Will got me upgraded to a sweet s23 real quick today.

I had to pop into the store this week in an attempt to get a billing issue straightened out. I was met by the familiar smiling face of Ty. He was very helpful as he was several years ago. He is an asset to T Mobile.

Went in to get new phones. The wait times are always long. Seems like they want you to jump through hoops before they do anything for you. 4 out of 7 employees were on their cell phones. We had to call Tmobile customer service 1800 number and wait on hold to have them add a name to the account before they could even help us. This is the first time we walked into a tmobile, and no one was there and still was inside for over an hour. Customer service is poor. Employees curse freely in front of customers. Went in for 2 phones, waited over 2 hours all together, two different stores for them to tell us 3 different stories and walked out with nothing. Dispise tmobile and sprint.

This store has fantastic customer service. Will, Trevor, and Mike O. are 3 of the stand-out ones I've had direct experiences with helping me find the right phones, and then set them up for me since I am not the most tech-savvy. I've, also, seen them be extremely patient and courteous and professional with others while I've been waiting even though some of these customers were extremely irrational and angry acting. I highly recommend them!

This is the worst T-Mobile store I have been to, people working there are so rude specially Michael and Luis. They are not helpful at all and disrespectful and they asked to wait for the store manager who they said is on medical leave for they don't know how long. They tell u a price and charge u something else.

Not sure if it was intentional or a lack of training, but the sales associate who sold me my plan completely lied about the promotion that came with my phone. I purchased a plan for international travel since my previous plan didn't support it, but the service was terrible so I decided to cancel. I was informed prior to purchasing that if I canceled, it wouldn't nullify the phone discount. That was incorrect and now I'm stuck either paying full price for the phone or continuing with a service that drops repeatedly in the area I'm traveling.
