I recently purchased a phone at this store location. it was the worst customer service experience Ive ever had in my life. my mom and I were "helped" by an associate named Kyle. he was rude, brought out a clearly used phone and sold it to me as a new one. he then proceeded to forge my signature on the bill of sale. he lied multiple times, and was far too aggressive and disrespectful to have a job in customer service. I wish T-mobile would hold their employees accountable for their actions instead of sweeping instances like this one under the rug. this was inexcusable.

Worst experience I've ever had w/Sprint or T-Mobike. We stopped by the store looking to upgrade our phones Saturday around 6pm, we were the only customers in the store and there were 3 employees. No one could tell us anything about the phones, deals, or even cared to try. All of them were on there phones, two of them never even spoke to us or looked up from their screens. One of them was talking to the others about just becoming aware of a Halloween incentive for employees to receive $5.00 for each prepaid activation - they then speculated about how much they thought they'd get and how long it would take to show up on their checks. Everytime we asked a question about differences in phones, performance, storage, battery life, quality, known issues. . . we'd get the same answer from the one employee who begrudgingly talked to us "well, they are all pretty much the same it just depends on how you use the phone." Okay going somewhere else. No wonder there were no customers there when we got there or when we just walked out 20 minutes later. Shockingly awful customer service and deplorable lack of knowledge of the phones and service. What a waste of our time.

Renita by far provided me today with the best customer sales service I have ever experienced, not only at T Mobile but at all! The second I walked in she welcomed me with a smile and from there she was SOO helpful. She described to me in detail all about my current plan and all about my alternative options. Even after I left, I called with an additional question and she immediately helped me figure it out and my problem was solved instantly. During my time there, she ensured that she was helping me out and giving me the best customer service while also checking in other customers to ensure they would be receiving the same customer service I was. Renita definitely deserves a raise!!

Kyle went above and beyond helping us transfer our service to T-Mobile. He explained everything in great detail and showed so much patience with us having multiple lines to switch over and so many questions. This is the go-to guy! Thank you so much for making the process so seamless and easy for us

We stood around waiting to be helped for over an hour before being told there wouldn't be enough time to help us since they would close in 30 min. Not the level of service I would expect for anyone, let alone a customer of 20 years.

We had a great experience with Kyle at the 91st & Metcalf location. He was helpful, efficient, and helped us get a great deal. We came in with 2 phones on Verizon and AT&T, and left less than an hour later with a new T Mobile plan that will save us more than $100/month. Thank you Kyle for making switching to T Mobile such an easy process!

Darius was phenomenal he gave me all our options and I didnt feel like he was trying to upsell us on products. I was so happy with his service and happy to be rid of the other carrier! I saved 90/month for the same services and get 5G instead of 4. Win/win

I was a Sprint customer and really miss Sprint T-Mobile is over priced and has poor service except for Kyle at 91 and Metcalf I had a complicated situation (that started by a T-Mobile 611 associate changing my plan without my consent) as well as a setting issue two locations of multiple associates couldn’t figure out the settings issue but Kyle did in minutes. The account issue I had seen four stores all just said the couldn’t help and wouldn’t even look into it and three 611 associates (not including the one that messed up the account in the first place) each 611 call lasted over an hour. And the problem had gone over a week I was ready to leave T-Mobile which was frustrating because they are the only company that has my daughters Sync up watch which we LOVE Kyle heard our problem and dove straight in calling 611 himself and working with them to help us and even disconnecting with one 611 associate and connecting to a different one when that one wasn’t effective. If you have a problem Kyle at 91&Metcalf is your guy my only concern would be why this guy isn’t a manager!!!

T-Mobile is terrible I miss sprint so much I called to see if I could save money by adding my moms line to mine it actually would have cost more then just paying the two bills because I was still on an amazing Sprint plan however the associate did it anyway and then when I called back they weren't able to fix it they said they put in a ticket and would call back in doing this they deactivated my mom's account long story short after over a week 3 store associates 4 611 associates and 5+ hours on the phone nothing was fixed and my mom couldn't even get a different line because they had locked up her phone They only thing that saved us from this nightmare was Kyle at the 91st and Metcalf store who after just over an hour had both phones working with an acceptable plan and fixed a device issue I hadn't been able to get fixed since before this headache started! THANK YOU KYLE!!!! I would leave the company but they are the only ones that service my daughters sync up watch which we love if it wasn't for KYLE I would have left even though!T-Mobile this man needs a promotion
