Tyler has become our go to jeweler for our family’s jewelry needs (new purchases and repairs alike). He is a great listener who takes the time to show us what we are specifically asking for and alternatives he thinks we should consider. We don’t buy on a regular basis but when we come in he remembers us and details about our family (and items that we’ve expressed interest on in the past). He is incredibly knowledgeable about the brands he seems and is sincerely passionate about his work. We look forward to seeing and catching up with him almost as much as we’ve loved the purchases we make from him. He single handedly turned us back in to making Tiviol our store of choice for all jewelry purchases.

Annie is always a pleasure to work with. Our first visit to Tivol was just this past December when we celebrated an anniversary. Annie helped my husband select just the right gift. Recently she helped me with sizing one of my mom’s rings. I trust her with all my jewelry needs!

Heather helped my husband and I find the most special ring to upgrade my original engagement ring and wedding band! Not only was the quality of all the pieces exceptional, the service that Heather provided was top notch.One of the things I typically dislike about going into a nice jewelry store is feeling like I’m either being judged for looking at more minimal pieces (vs the more extravagant ones) or feeling pressured to buy something or spend more than my budget. From the very first interaction, Heather was completely empathetic, answering all of my questions and freely offering information about carat weight and price that I’m usually embarrassed to ask about. After our first visit, Heather took down our information and what we were interested in, but she didn’t call to pressure us into a decision. When we finally decided which piece we were wanting to purchase, Heather went to bat helping us get the price reduced slightly, which we appreciated but certainly didn’t expect.Since our purchase, Heather has remained In regular contact over text on her personal number, letting me know about upcoming trunk shows or sales and reminding me to come in and get my new ring cleaned. I can truly say that I LOVE my new ring, but I also love that I have a new personal connection with a local jeweler. Thank you Heather for your exceptional service and patience with me throughout this journey!!

Always have a lovely experience here! Alana is fantastic. She has been helpful and patient with me as I hunt for the perfect pieces. Have a budget? She’ll help you stay in it. Denise and her staff at Tivol are amazing. Every time I’ve come in I’ve been welcomed and well taken care for. From security opening the front door and complimenting my watch, sales making sure I saw and tried on every watch I asked for, and to Denise catering to my friend as much as me was a great first boutique watch buying experience.

I was assisted by Tyler S who provided a professional level of service and expertise. Up until 6 months ago, I didn’t have a jeweler, all of that changed when I met Kailey at Tivol. She is incredibly knowledgeable and communicative. Kailey has a knack for making me feel comfortable and at ease with the process of selecting heirloom pieces and even taking heirlooms and making them a bit more current. I cannot recommend Tivol AND Kailey enough!

Tivol was a wonderful place to get my engagement ring. Alana was the best throughout the entire process and I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Prices were fair. My fiancé said when she got the ring “oh Tivol, thank god!!”
