I’ve used this UPS store for so many years that I’ve lost track. Every time I go in the team is friendly and helpful. Whether it’s mailing a package, or simply doing an Amazon return, I always receive a very nice welcome. Would definitely recommend them for any of your shipping needs.

I am a Consultant and change locations every 6 to 9 months. This position in KC has kept me hear longer. This USP store is better than ANY I have delt with before - as in GREAT. The owner helped me work my phone to get the Box Rental Information the store required - and the folks behind the counter are fantastic! The Antioch Location is just a little bit better than PERFECT...now not much; just a little bit better than perfect. Thanks

This UPS Store location is excellent. The employees are consistently helpful and responsive. The work they produce is of high quality, and tasks are always completed promptly. I would definitely recommend them. I have utilized their services many times, and I will continue to do so in the future!

It was right around the holidays and believe it or not. They weren’t busy at all. Very convenient and great for when you’re in a hurry and don’t wanna deal with the post office.

Rude behavior by the guy who notarized my documents. He charged me 12$ for single notary sign which is ok but he charged me 3$ for regular Black n White printout of single copy. How can it cost 3$ for a single regular print out . Don't go to this store

Branson was super helpful! I really needed to drop off a package and print a label right before they closed, so I called and asked how to email it, and he had it ready to go when I got there. Super thankful for his help!
