There was one employee in the store, but after I arrived there was nonstop customer traffic and phone calls. No complaints from me until, being the first customer into an empty store, he couldn't get my fax to go through. He kept poking at the machine like he didn't know what he was doing. He questioned the number- fair enough- it was deemed correct. But, to make matters worse, he constantly left our transaction to complete transactions for EACH of the other customers who came in after me. My wait time was not reasonable based on my arrival time and the fact that he was avoiding my transaction because he couldn't dial in the number correctly.When he finally returned to our transaction and dialed in the fax number correctly, for the first time, my paperwork went through the machine. But, the fax number was busy. After three attempts with the correct number and three busy signals he just shrugged at me. I explained that the fax was to the IRS, so of course there will be busy signals. He was giving up. He said, "Their number is busy." I asked, "Did you want me to go somewhere else?" He said, "Ya, you can do that." Seriously? He refused to make any more attempts to fax my paperwork.He told me when I go to the next fax shop I will just get more busy signals. Um, at some point busy signals stop. Sometimes you have to make multiple attempts- especialy for the IRS- not just three.Then he charged me 28 cents for the two copies I made. I'm so very pleased to have had my time wasted by his initial ineptness with the fax machine, his choice to place ahead of me every other customer who came in behind me, and then his decline to continue attempts.I was happy to wait until the fax went through, but this guy didn't know what he was doing or want to help his customer. Worst experience in this type of shop EVER. I've always been impressed with the knowledge of employees at these places. Not even close this time. I'm never going back there.

The worst experience by far, I have ever witnessed with the customer service. The store associate was not helpful at all, he was giving another customer a lesson about the definition of “packing your own package” simply because he refused to let the customer use his tape (the customer did not tape his box coming into the store). What an eye opening customer experience, I had to write a review about this store. Goodness

I was at UPS on a Sunday and I was very proud of the lady who was working here alone and after a conversation with the UPS worker I discovered that she is the only one who works on Sunday. I feel that management needs to reconsider how many employees should be working on Sunday with this being the only UPS store available. There was an extremely long line and even with the kiosk I feel there needs to be an emphasis on staffing on Sunday at this store. Amazing customer service as always. Thank you.

Very bad experience while a package drop off.. asked the lady to put shipping label on fromt and she told me in a bad tone she knows where to put it.. what was wrong in asking to secure package..then she told me she didnt like my advise and when i said i didnt liked your tone she argued and started blaming me.. never had to go through this in other ups?

Unknowingly I arrived at this store 7 minutes before closing last Saturday . There were a few folks ahead of me and I had several Amazon returns. The young lady stayed late until we were all taken care of, handled each customer with professionalism and a smile. Thanks for your help, and for you kindness and expertise.

So they locked the door 8/21, watched me come to the door, not get in then they came and unlocked the door one i walked away and other customers went in. I just left cause I don't have bail money.

If you want customer service go somewhere else! The gut with the hair and the lady that works here are both LAZY & HORRIBLE! They clearly don’t want to work! I asked for a box and advised I would pay he acted as if he didn’t want to give me a box & I asked to use their tape he didn’t want me to use it. Listen just close this store

I gave them a two because I've gone there In The past and it was fine. This time I needed to fax something. So the guy tells me the machine is old and may take 10 minutes. Ok. Then it doesn't do double sided so needed to make copies of back. Ugh, ok. Starts fax. About five minutes on he says it may take 20 minutes and the machine is really slow, its old. C'mon now! Then at the end he says only half the pages went through. At this point I just want outta there. I'm like fine forget it. Then he tries to charge me for all of the pages, even those that didn't go through, plus the copies he had to make because the machine is old. Are you kidding me?!?! Do NOT go there to fax something people!
