Was turned away at a competitor but the guys at UPS did a great job cutting up my tour guide and binding it in sections by city. It was exactly what I wanted and it was done overnight. Excellent service!

Needed some copies made, but they refused to do it because they would have had to stay an extra few minutes after closing. Not very helpful. Need a lesson in customer service.

This store has a bad customer service. I think people working here do not like their job or reply to customers as if they are doing a favor to their customers. They reply to their customers rudely if you have any queries and have zero energy.
Choose this store for a package drop-off. Any more business, please avoid.

Thapa was amazing!! He helped me print a ton of programs for a funeral and made it so easy for me. Quick, affordable, and the friendliest service. This is by far the best UPS store and Thapa is so helpful and wonderful!

My favorite UPS store! Love these guys! I am a serial returner so am in here pretty often. It is always a pleasant and convenient experience. The employees are kind, helpful and friendly. Also, because I am in here so often I have witnessed some downright abusive behaviors from customers. The employees handle these awful behaviors with such grace, never losing their cool or being unkind themselves, even though they’d have every reason to be, given how they are treated.
Dear customers, it is not the UPS employee’s fault that Amazon sometimes has specific shipping procedures, and that you didn’t read the instructions. It is not their fault that your package got lost in the mail or their fault that shipping costs are so high or that a company’s return policy is not what you would like. Please be kind.

I am extremely pleased with the service and friendliness of the people who work at the 137th and Metcalf UPS store. The service is prompt and efficient. I have never had an issue in the many times that I’ve visited this store location.

This is my go-to store for all of my business color printing needs! They have print 1000's of event flyers for me over the last few years. Always professional, quick to help, ask good questions to confirm needs, and complete in prompt manner. A good team over there!

I do a lot of shipping at this UPS and Nimu is always helpful and greets me with a smile. I always get there right at closing time and he is always patient and never makes me feel rushed. This is the best UPS store in town.

You never know the day a person might be having. An illness, a death, relationship issues, serious bad news, etc. Just realize everyone has a bad day, sometimes. 😊

The lady with very short haircut upfront the desk so rude and doesn’t know how to do customer service… even when she finished the label told her thank you !! She was looking on her friend pretended not hearing me ( the post office was have only three people which are the ladies and me ) if she is tired from doing this job someone else can do her job with huge smile .. she just messed up my day for no reason …
