CUSTOMERS PLEASE BEWARE!!!! Be cautious of this location. I feel that the owner and employees are not ethical people. They mishandled our shipping items and did not hold responsibilities for it. Save yourself the time, energy, and money and choose a more reputable UPS store!

Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I had three packages to pick up from Madewell. When I placed the orders, I had the option to have it shipped to my home or to a UPS store. Both options were free shipping but I chose to have it shipped to a UPS store because it's more eco friendly, especially with three separate orders. When I arrived at the store shortly after 6pm, there was a long line which was fine - I understand everyone else also has shipping needs. When I finally got to the register, the staff member helping me had a hard time even locating my packages. He couldn't find them in their system based on my name - he asked for my driver's license but no info about the delivery confirmation emails I received from the retailer. He went to the back shelf area and eventually found two of the orders. I let him know there was a third package and it actually arrived a day before the other two. He was insistent that they only had two and that was it. I told him that is has to be at their store. Another employee helped look and they finally found the package. I was caught off guard when he informed me there would be a $5 charge for the third package. I told him that couldn't be correct and that the retailer indicated shipping would be free (the other two packages from the same retailer were fine and there was no charge). He was adamant that I had to pay $5 and based on principle, I refused pickup. I reached out to Madewell after I got home and they confirmed that they do not charge for shipping to a UPS store. This location is closest to my home but after this experience, I will gladly drive further out to a location that has their act together.

UPS always makes things so simple and fast. I can get in and out of a store on 5 minutes even when there is a line. Love UPS.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had people working over there make you feel that they are doing a favor on you. Very very poor customer service will never ever use them.

### A Haven of Excellence: Why My UPS Store is UnbeatableWhen we talk about community hubs, one might think of a local cafe, a park, or perhaps a community center. But for me, it’s my local UPS store. The significance of this establishment in my life is beyond words, and it’s high time I shout my admiration from the digital rooftops!#### A Testament to Exceptional StaffWalking into the UPS store always feels like a homecoming. The team doesn’t just know my name; they know my business and are keenly aware of my unique needs. Their smiles and warm greetings aren’t a part of their job description; it’s simply who they are.#### Flawless ServicesFrom shipping complexities to packaging quirks, the folks at this UPS store have seen it all, yet they handle each challenge with precision and ease. Over the years, their services have been not just reliable but consistently exemplary.#### Loyalty is an UnderstatementI’ve been a devoted customer for years now, and the thought of going elsewhere is inconceivable. Not only do they execute their services flawlessly, but they also add a personal touch that transforms ordinary transactions into memorable experiences.#### The Unspoken Extra MileWhen a business commits to excellence, you feel it. It’s the seamless integration of efficiency, kindness, and mastery that keeps me coming back. So, to the unsung heroes at my UPS store—thank you for being the cornerstone of my entrepreneurial journey. Your brilliance does not go unnoticed, and I look forward to our continued partnership.??

The UPS staff, Ashish was friendly and helpful. On a prior visit, he set me up with the exact sized box I wanted (after showing me how to adjust a bigger one). Apparently I left a small notebook at the desk inadvertently. Upon return today with the box ready to ship, Ashish waved me in and showed me that he had saved the notebook or my return. I am this 81 year old guy who will probably not ship 5 pieces this whole year, and this young man remembered what I looked like and saved the item for my return. He is a real asset to the UPS team.

Don't go to 13725 Metcalf store. Staff is very rude. I went for notary at this location and having some queries while doing notary, without finished my action, Notary person (UPS employee) start taking another customer. I was surprised and raised a concern, How he can do it without finishing my notary. I didn't say NO for notary, having some query which he needs to answer. In reply he (notary guy) rudely told me " I am not going to do notary for you". Without saying anything I came out from the store and decide to write review for this store. He doesn't know how to behave with customer. I don't want to give even single star but that is minimum rating. Again DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

The pricing of packing materials is absurd. Definitely have your stuff packed before coming here. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and helpful though.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I do so if an owner or manager of a business is intentionally being rude / hostile, or if the experience is horrendous and said people don't try to fix it, and don't seem to care. - I have 30 years of customer service experience: retail, restaurant, grocery, and my own business. I've worked in almost every position from dishwasher to owner/manager. I'm literally a customer service expert.- I look grungy today (hat, hoodie, jeans and sneaks), because I'm mostly working from home & just running a few quick errands. I'm guessing that I was treated the way that I was, because I didn't look important enough to matter to the employee (who might have been the manager since his name tag looked different than the first employee's), but I didn't stick around long enough to find out.- If I have an Amazon return, I'll typically go to the Kohl's or one of the UPS stores near me in Olathe (where they are super friendly and helpful). The few times I've used UPS, I've printed off my own label and attached it, as the instructions say, so I have zero experience as to what to expect if I ask them to print it off for me.Actual experience:I left my house with something I needed to return to Amazon, before I had actually done the return online. I was in South OP / Leawood area, and since the Amazon choices included UPS, it said $0, and there was one right around the corner, I chose that. I went into the UPS Store off 135th & Metcalf, and told the first employee that I had an Amazon return, and that I didn't have a copy of the return label, and asked if I could email it and they'd be able to quickly print it off for me. He said, "Sure. Send it to this address", pointed to a label, and didn't say a word about it costing $. The other employee goes to a PC and asks if it's my name, and then says, "Your print is coming out right behind you". I was surprised that it was coming out of a huge printer behind me in the store, as I don't use UPS for anything other than shipping. I put the piece of paper down on top of the box I brought in, said thank you, and started to walk away. He said, "That'll be $1..." (whatever change, I didn't hear because he said it quietly and I was already 10' away). I turned back and asked, "I'm sorry, what"? He then repeated the price, and said, "You have to pay for prints". I then started to try to have a conversation with him, but he immediately began interrupting me and talking over me. My sentences below are what I was trying to say, but each time he cut me off after only 3-4 words.- Me: "I didn't know you were going to charge to print off the Amazon label, as it says free on Amazon".- Him: "We are a printing store, we charge for prints".- Me: "I'm not doing a printing order, I just asked him if he could print the label off for me, and he said yes and didn't say anything about $".- Him: "If you don't want to pay for prints, you shouldn't come to a printing store and ask for prints".- Me: "I didn't. I'm not "here for prints", I'm returning this. I usually return at Kohls and..."- Him: "We are not Kohls, they are a retail store. We are UPS, we are a printing store".- Me: "Can you please stop interrupting me..."- Him: keeps interrupting and starts rambling on about various "printing store" things.- Me: "Can you please stop talking over me. I'm trying to have a conversation with you".- He just keeps on going and starts talking louder so I can't be heard.- Me: "never mind, this is ridiculous", and I pick up my box and started walking out. From 10' behind me, as I'm already by the door, he says, "If you don't want to pay, you can get out"! The hostility and rudeness was beyond what I've experienced in a long time. I don't know if he was h

Do not go to this UPS on 133 by the Buffalo Wild Wings! Long line. Unfriendly. Always trying to upsell you when all you want to do is drop off a package. The owner (woman) told me that I needed to seal the box before she would ship it. ANY other UPS store has had no issue taping the box up (3 cents)((**Go to the one on 151 st and Metcalf (by Pizza Hut - behind Central Bank). They are fast and friendly**))

This store is horrible at customer service and tries to sell their boxes. I had a return to Amazon. The person at UPS said it was in a shoebox and they do not accept shoeboxes and then tried to sell me one of their boxes. I went out to my car and called Amazon. Amazon said the store was incorrect and gave me the UPS corporate phone number to report the store. I called UPS and reported the store. I then turned the shoebox inside out and went back to the store. I saw they were trying to sell their boxes to other customers too. I got my shipment sent back to Amazon in the same shoebox I originally tried. I went to the same gentleman I went to before and told him I had reported them to Amazon and to the corporate UPS before he even had a chance to tell me the shoebox was incorrect and try to sell me one of his boxes.
