I applied for a mortgage loan with US Bank and was assigned Mitchell Rutledge. Mitchell was very quick to reach out and introduce himself, I got my pre-approval letter very quickly, and he continued to check-in to see how things were going with my house hunting.

Beautiful facility, and fantastic technology. They work the hell out of their employees. They do not pay enough for what they want you to do. They want you to get a boat load of sales, but only give you $1.00 per sale after making them thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
