I’ve had my share of issues at this location but seems like they have some decent folks here now. Misty did an excellent job today completing my transaction in a reasonable timeframe and had excellent customer service which is few and far between since covid.

An un professional guy ( I think he need to back school ) told me every time I came that I can not cash a check without an us bank account. I have to go to my far away my home US bank on 119th and BlackBoB to to this. What a terrible day with that guy. If I saw a women who work there, she was very pleased to cash my check.

I am a US Bank customer and came to this branch to cash a US Bank check. Typically, I go to a branch located closer to my home but was not going to have time on this particular day so just googled the closest branch to my current location. Upon arrival I was told that despite being a customer, I could not cash my check without being charged the $7 non customer fee. I was told the only way around this was to deposit my check however doing so would place a hold on my funds. I was then refused a receipt of my transaction. When I left I called the branch that I typically work with that is just 30 minutes away, who advised me the exact opposite of what I was told, indicating that as a customer of US Bank I never should have been charged this fee. They then were kind enough to refund me the $7 fee. Do not utilize this branch. They are far from helpful and are beyond rude to their customers.

Before you decide to give pay $395 be careful. I havent received the $395 fee refund either. Same issue as Sara below. I have email and called several times inquiring about refund but the response, I get if any, is that it will take a while to process. Its been a couple of months now. I tried to close my account and get a cashiers check. They said their system wasn't working correctly, and didn't give me my money. Told me to wait until the next day. Tried to call them, and they won't answer their phone. Still waiting to hear back. My account shows closed online, but still no money.

Good luck finding a time they are ACTUALLY open. Systems are always down, they NEVER answer their phones, and they harass you to get their credit card.

I can't run my business properly when the drive through is closed at 9:30am. What kind of a bank does that. I just started to use this bank because it's convenient to where I live. Otherwise it's out of my way to go to another bank.

What used to be one of the best branches even a year ago has become one of the worst ever! Something fundamental has changed in this branch and many other locations in KC area. There is ALWAYS just one person working in the drive-through (many times one poorly trained person). Long wait time is ridiculous. I have been inside the lobby several times and found only 2 people working! I have had Business and Personal account with US Bank for many years and I am ready to leave!!!

I had this account for many years, first in St. Joseph, MO and transferred to Overland park branch. Just before Covid issues, I use to go to the lobby for any transaction. In the lobby there is plaque that says US Bank is one of most 'ethical' company. Subsequently, they opened a business account without my permission and started charging me $50.00 for a total of about $250.00. It took me several months to catch the error in the account. I went and asked the lady manager to immediately close my so called 'business account' and return my over charged money. She told me that she will enquire and rectify. Several weeks went by. Each time she will say that she is working on it. On my last visit, I was told it is taken care of. On checking, they returned only part of my money. I demanded to see the lady manager. They told me that she was fired and not available to speak to me. At that point, I gave up. So much for a most ethical company.

The past half dozen times I have been to this branch the drive-through line has been backed up and I’ve waited in line 15+ minutes every time. The longest time in 30 minutes until I got to the window. You guys need to staff more people at the drive up or have some better trained employees of how to move the lines along. I talked to multiple people in the drive-through who were mad because they have been waiting a really long time as well.

Please take down the sign that says commercial Lane, if the middle Lane is being repaired on, and the right lane never works. it really did not help, that no one was there behind the booth anyway. This was during business hours.

Walked in and immediately felt uncomfortable. As the two tellers were communicating amongst themselves. Felt really uncomfortable. Went to cash a check that was written to me from a person who has an account there. I was unsure why they charged me a fee to cash a check from a person with an account there. They just said it was policy.
