They should just close this post office. This place is really sad. This post office doesn’t have a post master and it really has made me hate dealing with the post office. We need another form of mailing if it’s ok to not get the mail out in a timely fashion. Because this post office I have a 3 day pay or quit. I will suit them if I get evicted. They will be held responsible. It’s been 10 business days and I bought the money order, stamps and envelope and mailed it inside of this building. It was only going from 124th and Antioch to 67 th and Antioch. I’m so frustrated 😩 Do not do business with this post office. And only one teller had money orders.

This is absolutely the worst managed post office I have ever encountered. They usually only have two clerks, and one is often taking care of what I'll call "a 10 minute problem" leaving 6 people in line with one clerk available. This happens to me about 80% of the time I visit. Even though this is the PO that handles my delivery route, I have to go to the office on Antioch closer to 95th street to get very good service.

It is frankly depressing how horrible this post office is.
This post office employs extremely rude service workers who do the bare minimum. I have never had a post office lose so many packages or require me to come pick up packages for no reason.
Yesterday my package was out for delivery, but around 6 pm was marked as "Held at the Post Office at Customer Request". I did not do this. I called the USPS number (the 1-800, since it was after-hours) and was told redelivery would not be an option and I had to go pick it up. They could not explain why this happened.
I went this morning, despite feeling ill. I calmly explained my frustration to the woman at the desk, who expressed no empathy and assured me all my assumptions were wrong. She explained that the post office couldn't deliver it yesterday and simply marked it as such (???), but it would be delivered today. I asked to get my package and she got one for me.
Upon getting home, I discovered the package she gave me was not the package in question. No, this was a package USPS had lost recently for which I had to request a refund. I drove back to the post office, obviously annoyed and concerned that my package was still MIA.
I was then told my package was being loaded on the trucks and assured that this is just how USPS works. No empathy was used to see it was impossible for a customer to know the package would be delivered today with the communication provided. No empathy that a sick person had to make two trips into the post office due to that poor communication. Instead I was accused of having an attitude simply for questioning why I received the communication that forced me to go to the post office ill. I didn't even imply it was the fault of the people I spoke with!
I don't understand why they work in a field that is meant to help people and address their problems, as these USPS workers seem to hate people.
Update: My package was not delivered today as I was assured this morning. Now the office is closed.

Could have been handled in a minute with live operator; as is, never did handle matter I called about.

They are absolutely horrible. I have never had so many deliveries issues. I’ve had multiple packages go “missing”. They never deliver to the correct address. I’m constantly getting mail for other tenants. If my leasing office tells them to deliver the package to the resident they won’t deliver it at all. Our apartments are accessible from outside. If DHL, Amazon, FedEx and UPS can deliver directly to residents then what is stopping USPS?!
I’m starting to question their level of intelligence at this point.

The service at this branch location is exceptionally horrible. I have dropped packages off at the counter in the past and they have gone missing. Because of this, I make sure all my eBay orders get an acceptance scan. When I went to drop off half a dozen packages at this branch and asked the clerk to scan them for acceptance, she acted irritated and told me that "next time" I needed to bring in a single scan form. There was no line and nobody else waiting for help. There is no official USPS policy that requires the use of this single scan form. Management needs to get these clerks in line and start being helpful or fire them and hire someone who is. I am your customer, not your employee and I would appreciate it if I were treated in that way.

A lot of my mail has gone missing recently and they don't seem to know where it's going. I lost some important packages too. What is going on?

They would hold your parcels in possession in this office and then lie to you! 2 years ago they holded my box for 4 days before they actually scanned and shipped!!!! Now it happened again!!! They refuse to help to locate your parcel and continue to lie!! Never ever go to this location!!!

I’ve never had so many mail issues in my life. This location doesn’t even deserve one star. This location must’ve hired a new mail carrier and whoever they hired is awful. I’ve had at least 5-6 packages scanned delivered to my mailbox in the last few months, but there was no package to be found. Are my packages being stolen by the USPS carrier? Delivered to the wrong mailbox or what? Missing mail search requests have been submitted for all packages which did nothing for me. I’ve submitted complaints and received unhelpful responses. These people just don’t care and are no help. I can’t be the only one this is happening to. I might as well flush my money down the toilet. I shouldn’t have to have mail/packages delivered to a different address outside the OP area in order to get it. This location needs to get it together!

I got there and no one was there lights were off, thought they had changed their open hours, but they were open and real helpful. Maybe lights out was a cost saving measure?

The heck’s the point of having a business phone number that no one is gonna answer, absolutely garbage. Waste of time and space. These guys need to be shut down/retrained. This is a publicly owned tax payed building, these people get paid from us by us. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, undoubtedly the worst usps I’ve come across -1 star. Businesses that have phones but don’t answer deserve to get audited especially government buildings

Worst customer service experience. I’ve been dealing with the post office for 3 years and it’s awful. Unhelpful, terrible customer service.
