Appraiser was very prompt. Asked a few questions about property such as roof age and hvac. Asked about home improvements made, took a few pictures and walked through house and outside. Said results should take a couple of days. Just waiting for appraisal and process to complete.

The experience was quick and easy; the man who visited us was friendly and polite, and everything was done in about 15 minutes.

The appraiser was very nice and super professional, the whole process was very easy. He took some pictures, some notes, and asked some questions and that was it.
