Asked for Rx copy and told couldn't get it for me. Their website has a section for Rx. Mine is not connected to my online account. They had to use script to order lenses. Hmmm... Frames came scratched too. Seriously?

Customer service seems to be going downhill at this location. During my initial visit, I was helped by Cierra. She was awesome. Unfortunately she wasn’t there for any of my subsequent visits. I had to go back a couple of times for a fit adjustment and was treated like it was a huge inconvenience. Today was the final straw. My glasses were very loose on one side. There were no other customers in the shop. I asked the lady if there was anything she could do as I didn’t have a screwdriver small enough. She asked me if the screw ever fell out. When I told her no, she said she couldn’t do anything. I left, went and bought a small repair kit and had the screw tightened in seconds. Unbelievable that an optical shop wouldn’t be able to tighten a screw on a frame.

I’m standing here in front of this place to fix and pick up my glasses and as you can see, they are closed when they should be open.

Very kind people. First, they checked my young daughter in and did a pre-screening test on her. Based on those results, they determined that my daughter needed a specialist to do her examination and referred us to a couple. Because they weren't completing the exam, they decided not to bill us for the pre-testing or the referral (which they could have), so we can still use our full unreduced insurance benefit. In short, our visit was free, but we got the guidance we needed to know where to take her next and what to expect when we get there.I share this not so you expect a free visit (don't do that, this was a unique circumstance), but so you know that if they can't do the exam, they will inform you and help you out getting to a specialist. The patient's best interest is their first priority.

I had a terrible experience at the Legends location. I have been to this store many times in the past and have had great experiences. This time was no exception. They listened to the terrible experience I had and did everything in their power to make it right. I was both humbled and amazed how they jumped right in and they have been amazing in helping to make things right and get me glasses and lenses that actually work for me. The team members are a blessing to their store and to Visionworks. I would highly recommend Visionworks and especially this location. Thank you. Thank you very much.[Follow Up]The team at this store, especially Kelly, are amazing. This went from the worst experience I have ever had getting new glasses to the absolute best. I have a new pair of glasses inbound and thanks to Kelly's sage advice I know they will be exactly what I need. The team at the Oak Park Mall are a blessing to Visionworks and do the brand proud. Visionworks, whatever you are paying Kelly, it is not enough. She is amazing.

Had an unpleasant experience resulting from Visionwork’s differing sales promotions between in-person and online sales. I won’t share the details here because I don’t want to stir up drama for the employees, but it’s clear there is a conflict of interest for the employees when it comes to trying to sell glasses given there are much better deals if the client buys online instead of buying through them in the store. I was not treated respectfully during my visit once my intention to buy online was made clear, and I will not be returning to this store.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Cierra helped me make the best out of my insurance benefit and really walked me through finding the perfect pair of glasses. She also readjusted a couple pairs of my older glasses and ensured they fit right. I wasn't even expecting to buy another pair of glasses. I'm incredibly impressed with their customer service and feel grateful to have picked such a great location. In the past, I've always felt rushed and disregarded by eyewear employees at various locations throughout the city - this location made picking out a new pair of glasses fun and easy. I highly recommend coming here.

Had 3 pair made twice. Got a refund just fine. But have had a real problem getting my insurance reset. Got the refund in July and have called 3 times to get this resolved. Still waiting for a call back.
