I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at this Walgreens location. I needed to print photo's for Mothers Day, and the lady who helped me went so far beyond expectations it was amazing. She was able to not only teach me how to print the photo's I wanted quickly, but she also updated the photo after selection because she knew what would look better ( I had no idea what I was doing). The photo's turned out great, but the price was cheaper than expected. Your photo rep is a rockstar!

worst place to have your prescriptions sent to. I'm going to look for other options. zero communication zero knowledge horrible dont have words to describe the frustration.

One of the worst places ever. Such bad pharmacist they don’t know what they are doing. Not helpful at all. Do not care about their costumers. They suck at communication. Literally dislike this place so much I cannot wait to be done with this place.

Apparently they don’t fill prescriptions here, at least not within a day or two. Nobody answers the phone when you call but at least they are kind enough to close early and throw a drive through closed sign up in your face after you wait for 20 minutes. I suggest you follow the example of the “workers” here and avoid coming here if you possibly can.

Staffing issues for months and very, very long wait times. I tried again after a year and still the same experience. I highly recommend visiting the one down the street. They are much quicker.

Their vaccination is on a 10 minute interval schedule. I filled everything out online. Talked to them and waited 1 whole hour. They let someone in front of me for vaccination and totally forgot I was there. I had to bring it up again and said another 20 minutes, and they weren’t dressed like they work at a pharmacy, skip this location.

I wish I could give this location a negative star. In an attempt to pay in cash, I had to wait a total of 1/2 hour to get change which was then given in increments of 17 $5 and 2 $1 bills. When I asked for $20 which were completely available, I was told “we are not a bank” as they handed me $20 bills in lue of $5s. Horrible customer service. Also, while I waited for my change I observed 3 different customers (1 drive through and 2 walk in) being told their scripts they expected to pick up had to be ordered and they were sent away empty handed…one being instructed to call their doctor to have it transferred to a different pharmacy and 2 to return in the next day or two. All the customers were very patient because they were stuck with no options for their must needed drugs. Horrible. Corporate needs to clean out this location from the top down.

They’ve told me i can’t pick up my prescription for one reason or the other multiple times leaving me and my parents scrambling to figure out the issue before my dose runs out so i don’t go into withdrawal.

Confusing displays of reading glasses, some stock depleted.
