Kid at the register gave back my change and in place of one of the quarters was a sticker, then he asked if I wanted my change, not the first time he has done that, whoever put him on the register needs to reevaluate his performance

Absolutely disappointed in the pharmacy. Both my doctor and I were kept on hold for almost 20 minutes each to speak to someone yesterday and today. When we finally spoke to someone they told me to pick up my prescription after 3. I came to the driveway at 4:16pm to be told that it needed to be shipped and will be ready in the morning. I told them this was unacceptable because they told me it would be ready after 3 today! Then they came back and said it would be 20 minutes for them to get it ready! I am beyond frustrated and I hope management does something with this place soon because I see other people feel the same!

Do not use this pharmacy if you want your prescriptions the same day. Learned this lesson the hard way several times this year.

Hands down worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. There is always an issue and they couldn’t care less about trying to help you. Their incompetence is incredible. I will drive downtown to the hospital to avoid using this pharmacy ever again because they can never get anything right.

Worst experience! The whole management and pharmacy at this store has 0 empathy towards the patients they are suppose to serve. After waiting for 10 mins at the drive thru I was told that they can not grab a over the counter medication pain relife. Even after explaining to them that I have a back sprain and I can not walk very well right now the response was "Thank you!".

Unfortunately my daughters doc called Rx to this pharmacy when we requested another location! Called in last night before discharge from hospital and wasn’t ready at 1:15pm. Said it would be ready at 3pm. Came back at 4pm and still not ready!!! I do not know how this pharmacy stays open!

This place clearly has poor management and the employees in the photo department are overwhelmed. Christmas is the time when people are printing photos but there was one employee working and printers broken and since she obviously couldnt keep up, people took out their fustrations on her. Nobody deserves that, she was clearly trying to do her job the best she could. If you ordered photos with same day pickup, expect to wait days to get them.

Picked up my monthly medication, once I got home I found that there were only 15 pills when there were supposed to be 30. Brought it back as soon as I realized the mistake and spoke with the pharmacist, they said the needed to recount the stock they had to see if there was a discrepancy. They came back and said their stock numbers were accurate so I must have been lying and “there is nothing they can do for me”The incompetence at this place is unbelievable.Any suggestions where to report this issue?

Pharmacy let's people wait while they fill someone prescription and make everyone wait behind them. Such bad customer service just tell them to drive around to back of line while others get their stuff they ordered ahead of time. It is a pickup window not a consult window!

I go to this Walgreens regularly as it is close. The pharmacy is always slow, most likely due to understaffing - the staff are always kind and are helpful though. But I have always had a long wait for both scheduled vaccinations and prescription pick up. The photo area is never staffed so you will need to wait for someone at the front to come and get your order. This is normally not an issue, though sometimes I have had trouble finding a staff person on the floor to help. This location is fine for a quick stop to get basics.

Terrible pharmacy, doctor sent over prescriptions prior to surgery. Wife is in car after surgery on way home we stop to get the prescriptions they tell me it will be ready in 15 mins. Leave come back 15 mins later, they decided to take lunch, come back an hour later and they still don’t have the prescription ready. They really need new management or figure out why this store is so terrible they always have issues.

This Walgreens is absolutely HORRIBLE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They close before they are supposed to. They’re understaffed. They can not ever seem to get anything right. I’m referring to the pharmacy here.

Most drug stores are having this problem but to get sudafedrine hydrochloride You have to wait for a pharmacist of which they only have one working and there's always a huge line doesn't matter what time of day

I utilize the Walgreens pharmacy at this location and have had wonderful service . However this review is NOT for the pharmacy , this is for the retail checkout . 9/3/2022 I visited Walgreens to purchase infant formula . As we all know there is a shortage and I happened to come across the formula my baby is able to tolerate . He breastfeeds and is sick so I wanted to have formula as a result of him not being able to nurse effectively during illness. The line was extremely long and there were two cashiers . When I get to the register the cashier is a middle aged gentleman and he was clearly panicked and flustered . He had one customer standing to the side of the line waiting for his further assistance and when I gave him coupons for my Similac formula he said "I don't know how to process these." So I said "oh well is there anyone you can ask for help or someone you can call to get clarification ?" He said "nope . There are only two of us here ". I replied ," Is there another manager on call that could answer a question for you over the phone or another store you can call ?" His reply : "no " . So I said " well on the coupon it has instructions for the retailer , let's try those ." The cashier points his finger in my face and says " easy there !" I replied in the most calm manner "sir , please don't tell me "easy there" that's unprofessional and not necessary . I'm only asking you to do your job and help me purchase this formula ." He then points to the door and says "GET OUT! I won't be spoken to this way !" The other customer that was waiting to the side became wide eyed and said "well maybe the other cashier can help her..." I then told the cashier " sir I'm not going to leave the store. You can't tell a customer to leave simply because you're frustrated with your long line and you don't know how to process a coupon ." The cashier replies "well go over there maybe he can do it ..." he then yells over to the other cashier across from him (who was a newer employee come to find out ) and he says "I don't know how to do it maybe you can ..." So I then go over to this new cashier who was kind but also very much clueless . I ended up leaving the store without the formula and proceeded to contact Walgreens corporate office . It has been almost two weeks with no response or follow up form this store. I called corporate again today and they are going to escalate the complaint . I refuse to let this go because it was a very dehumanizing , derogatory and unprofessional experience that did not need to occur .
