Call before coming to pick up your prescription. This pharmacy DOES NOT employ the right amount of pharmacy techs. Only one pharmacist and customer service. They will close the pharmacy because the pharmacist needs to go to break or lunch. Employee some pharmacy techs!

Horrible customer service by the women working the pharmacy window on 9/23. It is an older women with short grey hair. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat your customers. After waiting to get to the window the women was nothing but rude. And went as far as to walk away from the window when we attempted to talk to her. After arguing about her trying to change over 300 dollars for prescriptions that are free due to our insurance. Opposed to helping us through the issue and providing us with helpful information, she told us to drive around and get back in line for the ONE car behind us. When we got back to the window she was short and cold to us. Shoving some form in our faces and ignoring us the rest of our duration at the window. There’s a reason this location is rated so poorly. And this women is one of the reasons for that. Save your time. Use a different Walgreens. Especially if she is on shift.

This Walgreens location always goes above and beyond to make sure our critical prescriptions are available and filled. We've gotten vaccines here as well with very good service.

Had a delivery and an item was missing. No big deal, things happen. The problem was I called to check on the missing item. After waiting on hold for 5 minutes a woman came on and asked me what happened. She was extremely rude. She called me stupid and said I wasn't charged for it because it wasn't in stock. She had no customer service skills at all. I wasn't mad because the item was missing, I was just checking on what happened.

A young gentleman was extremely helpful to me. He was well mannered, polite and very knowledgeable about his job. He was patient with me as I went through my phone to show him which pictures I needed. He helped me sign up on the Walgreens app and showed me how to work it. I think it is wonderful when a store has such attentive employees! He made my day so much brighter. In fact every one of the employees at this store keep me feeling like a valued customer!

Good customer service from this location. I came in for a specific detergent on sale, and couldn’t find the one I wanted or any signs for it. The cashier helped me find it instead of saying she didn’t know and when she needed help her manager came over helped and also went to the back to get the extra product to help me and to restock .

Don’t understand why it takes 5 or 6 days to refill every prescription? Staff in Pharm give bogus excuses for delays and seem to have little sense of urgency about service and communication.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy staff I have ever encountered!! Terrible service. I waited in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes tonight, and when I pulled up to the window they pulled down the shade, turned off the lights, and refused to serve me. This is typical. This pharmacy was great until Caleb, the manager, retired about 2 years ago. Since then it's been a mess.I am done and am switching to anther pharmacy chain

My prescription got sent in around 7 for antibiotics for an ear infection, they said they weren’t refilling it because they close at 8.The told me to go to another walgreens and hadn’t released my prescription. Worst service of my life.

This a pretty standard Walgreens location. It's the one I frequent the most so after several visits over the past few years it's about time for an honest review. First of all let's be clear, this is a Walgreens, it doesn't need to be the best thing ever, it just needs to be an efficient pharmacy, that's friendly, and gets your medication to you in a timely manner. While overall my experience here has been ok, there have been a few things that have been problematic. The biggest issue I had with this location came a few months ago when my daughter was prescribed a specific medication that needed to run a certain amount of days to be effective. When I pulled up to get the medication I saw them pour some out of the bottle before they handed it to me, which seemed odd but I figured they were trying to ration what they had or maybe it was policy to not give you too much? either way, I paid and went on my way. When we had about two days left we straight up ran out of her medication which elicited several calls to the pharmacy and to her dr to find out what to do. Long story short, she was fine, and the pharmacy offered to give us more at no extra cost but it was a massive pain to have to do all of this when they could have just filled the prescription correctly the first time. I've had a few other smaller issues with this Walgreens but it's the most convenient location for me so I'll likely continue to go here and hope they can make some improvements.

The store employees itself aren't all that nice, but the staff at the pharmacy are pretty friendly. Clean and organized store. Got all your needs for the most part.

Terrible listening skills from a young man in the pharmacist department. I was there for a medication and kept being told it wasn’t there. Didn’t even try to help. People are trying to get in and out. Learn how to properly help customers. Or don’t work in customer service!!! Employee needs to be trained. Saddly I didn’t get his name nor an apology. All I got “were good now I found it” something around those lines.

Ordered items for delivery should have been delivered between 5pm and 7pm. Received the third e-mail notification stating that my order will be delivered TOMORROW morning. I ordered items to make my pain more bearable and have been taking Tramadol today, otherwise I would have driven to Walgreens to pick-up the items that I wanted. The manager showed no empathy and his apology wasn’t sincere.
