The pharmacy is awful. Went by today to ask for a Covid test. I have had several students test positive and I wanted to make sure I was okay. I have insurance and asked for a test. The guy working at 2:45 p.m. on 12/5/2024. directed me to the at home version and said it was just as good. He acted like he had no time for me. Just overall the pharmacy at this location unprofessional and I would never recommend this place!
On the other hand the girl at the checkout counter was polite and professional.

Yikes. Good luck talking to someone in the pharmacy on the phone, virtually impossible. Prescription is never ready, even if we wait a long time before going to go get it. They are chronically understaffed.

No one is ever at the front check out. The pharmacy is even worse. Might as well order what you need on Amazon. You’ll get it before this place is ready to check you out.

I'd guess this store is poorly managed. The staff is rude, disinterested and unprofessional. The store itself is dirty (especially the restrooms which had zero hand soap next to a sign that instructed employees to wash thier hands). I have used this Pharmacy for six years. They are great. But due to the service and condition of this location, I moved my services to another store.

The pharmacy at this location NEVER answers their phone. I have let it ring for over 20 minutes twice today, and they never picked up. They didn't even ask me to hold. They just never picked up in the first place. Also, the Drive-thru at this location is almost always closed.

Waited for 45 minutes to get my COVID booster shot. There was only one person ahead of me who had been there for over an hour. She went and got the store manager, which prompted the provider to finally give us our shots. Do not waste your time with this pharmacy.

Called Walgreens to ask a question about a shingles shot. Spoke to the rudest lady. I am elderly and was asking for some help. She offered no help and basically hung up on me.
I called CVS and they immediately helped me and were very kind on the phone will never give Walgreens my business again.

Don't tell to pick up my prescription by such and such a date and then, when I get there, you have the drive thru Closed and a super long line inside. And don't try to blame it on staffing, you should one staff member handling outgoing prescription and another doing anything else.
