Watch the prices as I had the ad for a dvd of Aqua-man for $5.99. It rang up as $24.99 the blue ray, dvd, digital copy. I showed the ad and the manager said it rang up correctly but could not point out where the blue ray, digital or special edition were located on the package. Target could though. Thank you Target for my movie at the correct price.

Walmart is the freaking best!!!!!! I LOVE the grocery pickup! It has totally changed where I shop and how I shop. It saves massive amounts of time, stress, money, and headaches. AND IT'S FREE!!!!!!!!! I love the employees who load the groceries into my car! They are all nice AND they all refuse me when I try to tip them. Now when I get my groceries I get a sweet chat with the familiar faces and I'm on my way in minutes! It could not be a more pleasant experience! I love it! You guys are the best!!! Thank you for improving my quality of life so much!!! You took something I absolutely hated doing, no matter where or when, and turned it into my favorite thing! My kids love it, my husband loves it, I am obsessed with it! Thank you, thank you!!!!!!!

This seems like one of the nicer Walmart stores in the area, so we come here from time to time for various household goods. We've generally had pretty good experiences here, but a recent experience has somewhat soured us on this store. My wife came for some very specific things, and when she got home and started unpacking the bags, she realized that some of her items were missing. She called the store, and spoke to a customer service manager. The story my wife got was that the cashier said she realized she didn't spin the last bags around to the front, and then said when she noticed, she "ran" after my wife to try to stop her. My wife is many amazing things, but a speed walker is not one of them. We were annoyed at this point, but said we'd come back and get the items. The items left behind were a mix of refrigerated and things that are shelf stable. I get back to the store about 30 minutes after my wife left, waited about 15 minutes in line at customer service, and when I get up there, I'm helpfully told that all my items have already been returned to stock. These are items my wife already purchased. Annoyed, I ask what I'm supposed to do now. I'm told that my only option is to go and retrieve the exact items again, and they have a book of forgotten merchandise they will compare them to. So I call my wife, and armed with her on the phone and the receipt, I carefully retrieve the exact merchandise she already bought once, and bring it back to customer service. I wait again. When it is finally my turn, the cashier gets the tome of forgotten merchandise and starts scrutinizing all of the items I brought back and comparing them to their records and my receipt. I felt like I was at customs and they were searching my luggage for contraband. I have no idea why they needed to be so precise in all of this, but it is clearly not a very customer friendly process, especially considering these were items I already paid for, and that it was their mistake that they did not make it into my wife's cart on the original trip out of the store.

This is my favorite Walmart...but my "happy camper" experience has started to fail with this Walmart over the last few months. The good: Personnel folks are usually quite cheery and eager to help. We know several of the checkers by name (and they recognize us and say hello as we are wandering around the store). This store (in particular) is large and attractive. It is also more quiet than are other Walmarts. (Less screaming over the loud speaker and less in the way of loud machinery--to restock the shelves--is used in this store. That is very nice.) There is a Subway (sandwich shop) at this location which is a fantastic place to grab lunch ahead of (or after) shopping. Their plant and garden section is phenomenal. The bad: Heaven help. They are frequently out of even basic things. I've found the need to go to Target more and more frequently. The things that they run short on (or don't put on the shelves) vary from trip-to-trip but have included: Cameron's coffee, Quilted Northern toilet paper, eggs (we were stunned), Just Mayo, La Croix (Coconut) water, Premier Protein Shakes (ANY flavor), extra large cotton balls, Lean Cuisine meals (the vegetarian options) and Sara Lee bread. The items that are not on the shelves have increased over time. There have been many more items that have not been in stock. The list I included, above, are the most recent items that were not stocked on the shelves. This location used to be better about maintaining control of their inventory. All of that changed within the last two-three months. When shopping here (now) I can easily count on them not having 10-12 items from my list. When shopping, that's not good. I shop at Walmart for the "one-stop shopping" convenience...only I now have to make another grocery stop every time I shop here. My biggest issue, though, is the frequency in which they move items, store sections (and/or inexplicably bump entire aisles several aisles over from where they'd been only the week, before). As a shopper, that is irritating (and time consuming). I want to be able to count on the basic store layout not changing from one week to the next. If these things continue: I'll find a different store in which to shop. (When shopping at Walmart during our last grocery run, I frustratingly remarked to my husband "Yeah. Walmart is the savings place, alright. They are either out of everything...or you can't find anything. Your money is certainly safe from being spent at Walmart!")

Another visit with 20 plus people waiting to check out and only one cashier. Is Walmart too cheep to appropriately staff or is the store manager horrible at staffing?

I wish I could give 0 stars! Simply the worst- the staff are great- but the management is horrible- after selling me something broken- they wouldn't return it without photo ID-- no ability to problem solve or think outside the box-- just terrible. I've had a few rough experiences but this as the straw that broke the camels back- also, apparently, like eggs- be sure to check (meaning open up the sealed packaging?) any and all things you purchase there- before checking out...

Tried to pay with a gift card (which I have partially used before at this same location) they had issues and I had to end up paying with cash! I guess next time I'll ask for a target card instead...

We go here all the time at all hours of the day and night. The employees are helpful, and thee seems to be a good selection of merchandise. I like the grocery store too.

I visited this Walmart for the first time today and was impressed by every employee I encountered. I had an unreceipted return and simply needed to return the item for another like item- When I took it back to the Walmart I purchased it from (metcalf / 119th) the associate attempted to tell me it could not be returned even though it had not used and mentioned nothing about putting it on store credit. Having worked in high-end retail stores for over 7 years I was appalled at the gentleman's inability to both empathetically relate and follow policy for a regular customer. I took my return and left. Today, at your location the tenured associate not only followed the return policy, giving me store credit, but she treated me as though I had just spent $1,000. After finishing my return I went on to purchase the groceries and cleaning products I also needed. Everything was easy to find. The store was bright, clean and well replenished. This will be my new Walmart.

I came in today to exchange an electric tea kettle. I purchased it one year ago as a back up should our electric tea kettle fail. The electric tea kettle failed so I opened the brand-new one from Walmart. It was missing the bottom heat plate. I went to the counter to see if I could exchange it or receive a credit toward another kettle. They could no longer find it in their system. I was told to contact the manufacturer, as it's not their problem, since they no longer carry the product. I will do my best to never, ever, purchase anything again from Walmart.

If you live down in this area, you are kinda stuck going to this Walmart for groceries an supplies. It's the furthest south located place for such things, and thus convenient more than anything else. I do shop at Walmart sometimes for the prices, but mostly for the convenience. This Walmart is no different from the toys and automotive to the clothes and groceries than any other super Walmart you might find, well, anywhere. If you can't make it up to HyVee or Costco, then stop here and get your stuff in a clean and easily accessible environment. So close is this Walmart to the standard layout across the country that I feel like I'm going into the same store many times when I'm shopping in other cities. That's the model. In many ways, I find it sad that there are no differentiators. If you are in the east SoJo area, you probably already shop here, and you know what I mean.
