Today I visit this store as I had a Dr's appointment close to it and I didn't want to go all the way to Gladstone and then back home. I was overcharged by the cashier for a bag of fish I didn't even get. She got all the thing I had an I did buy a 2lb bag of tilapia .. but she went ahead and charged a FZ tilapia for $16.97 I should have been more careful as a lady in front of me was overcharged by the guy next to us, who happened to to be a manager. I live by DT KCMO and I went to that store since it was so close to my Dr. I wanted to save me some trip time .. now they asked me to go back to see my receipt .. not sure that I will but BEWARE... if it happened to me and the lady right before me ( next register ), which we both happened to be Hispanics, I can just imagine how much extra money they are stealing from Customers that don't stop to check their receipt right after paying . It's sad to think that in the time I was there I saw a LOT of seniors .. and if they live in a fixed income and they get ripped off like at least 2 of us were within 10 minutes on 2 different registers ( one where the manager James was ), lots of ppl are being stiffed.

Vision center scheduled an appointment, told me they accepted my insurance. Left work early to rush to get to their appointment time and they tell me they do not accept either one of my two insurance companies. Out of pocket exam is $90.

Bought a new set of 4 tires from Walmart.com and included road hazard which included "expert installation". I paid online and order was placed. Set up the appointment online with no problem. Showed up early to drop my truck off and Service Greeter Matt C. took my info and instructions. I told him that the spare tire was on the truck and it had a slow leak "probably the valve stem since the spare hadn't been used ever". He agreed and said it would be $11 to repair. I accepted the charge no problem. Got a call the job was done and paid the $11 (it was the valve stem) and picked up my truck. Here's where the problem starts. I get home, review the receipt, and it says I declined road hazard. I called and said that I paid online for road hazard and was told to take it up with the e-commerce customer service. They see where I paid for road hazard but could not provide anything stating I was covered. Still fighting with who is responsible. Then, about a week later, I go to pick up a chair I bought, open and tailgate (I do have a bed cover) and there is my spare tire. How lazy is it not to put the spare back under the truck where it belongs? The techs were Carlos B. And Benjamin K. On top of that, the valve stem wasn't replaced. Avoid if possible.

This Walmart is unlike anything we have in Hawaii. There are so many items and they are reasonably priced. I found everything I was looking for and more. I also did curbside pickup and had no problems there, everything I requested was in stock.

this was today, the last time i went here there was ACTUAL shit smeared all over the toilet they never clean the bathrooms and why is there always just 1 worker at the checkouts

I don't know how that guy you have over de self cashier is working for you I have been gone for 1 year and was the first day yesterday that I went and that guy when I took my receipt and he took from my hand to check out if I payed everything with violence I am 66 years old I don't know what he think I am with no respect at all I don't go anymore to that Walmart just for my medicines yo better do something with that guy

This is literally the worst Walmart in the entire world. Need groceries? There's like 1/75 of the normal amount of them. Hope your don't need anything specific. The meat is ALL frozen, no fresh fruit/vegetables. Need anything else? Probably available, don't trust the app inventory. This Walmart literally lights my soul on fire. I would rather drive three days away to any other grocery store than go here. I would love to rate this Walmart -100 stars, if I could.

Went to Walmart for a laptop that was pried at another Walmart just down the street, and they would not sell me the laptop at the price the other Walmart had it priced at! The exact same laptop, same bar codes and we showed the the picture from the store. They would not even price match. So so disappointed in such a franchise that was built on customer service. shame on the company. Not one employee wanted to do the right thing and make it right for a customer.

Staff didn't give me change for my purchase! They didn't care at all and went on with the next customer. It's just .88 cents but I'm not coming back here but I don't Walmart gives a danm.

Maybe if they kept inventory straight and had help in store, instead of people watching doors they wouldn't suck so bad. 3rd time in a row I went to get something that showed in stock online and their were none. Went to spend $140 and left pissed. And of course long line at customer no service desk. Never again!

I would give the store a -0 if it were possible because of the lady at customer service. She has worked there for years and refuses to give cash back for items returned that deserve cash back. I returned a defective TV to a different Walmart and they handed me $170 cash. I couldn't carry the $20 antenna in at the same time and had put to pick up prescriptions at this location and this lady wouldn't give me $20 back for my antenna Bought at the same time Therefore I will never have my prescriptions filled at this Walmart nor will I ever step foot in the store again nice going Customer Service!

I always push buttons for help and they don't come to help. Those that do help are often unhelpful and rude. Do not recommend at all. Manager - get it together!

Had an awesome experience at Automotive, I brought in a tire with a nail in it, they could not fix it, but instead of trying to sell me a new tire, one of the guys showed me a kit that I could buy for less than $10 and do it myself. It's nice not to be up-sold all the time like Firestone or other places. Thanks!

This store does not seem to care about long line of Customers waiting at service desk. All we hear is a sorry excuse about no one left to anything else....Customers are already checking themselves out so would it hurt to get an extra person to stop people from waiting an hour or more in line?
