hate to add another negative review but one time i went here and the greeter yelled at me for going in a door that was marked enter outside but exit on the inside. he demanded that i walk back out and in the correct door or "he was gon whoop my ass in the parkin' lot" he was some old white guy looked like one of the gremlins from harry potter. don't recommend going but if you do i hope you choose the right door the greeters don't like when you go in the confusing door. also nobody in the auto center is trained and if you took your car to walmart god help you i hope you got home safe. the employees look like they should probably get paid more walmart just struggles to keep good name with their record, you know florida and texas and all.

I've been to some bad walmarts. This one is the worst of all. The management and cashiers are control freaks who could give a damn about the customer experience. The place is an obvious dump with no integrity in the employees character which comes directly from the attitude of the managers. I can't even bother to spend more time on this review as they don't deserve a moment more of my time. Go anywhere else.

This is why I prefer Target. Parking lot was littered with trash and the drive-up pickup area for online orders was confusing- needs better signage. I drove around several times and finally decided to just go inside and hope somebody could help me there, but a nice older gentleman worker saw me and must've sensed my confusion so he told me to get back in the car and that he would bring me my order and he did - much appreciated! I only went here because they have a particular brand of lotion that I like that I can't find anywhere else but from now on I think I will just order it online and have it delivered to my house. This place was stressful and not very convenient.

I had a great time in this Walmart. It's organization was a bit unique to a lot of Walmart's I have been in but I didn't mind. Lots of employees around to help. Also had security which is always a safety plus since I shop at night. Got a free mask on my way in. I really think some of the reviews for this place are just so petty. Someone gave a 1 Star because on the way out someone was greeted but they were not. Like really? Maybe he was just out of it and missed a person. Do you really need someone to say hi and bye on your way into Walmart? People are such narcissists these days. Just get your stuff and get out and if nothing goes wrong, consider it a good experience. The world doesn't revolve around you.

Beware of buying electronics from Walmart, especially at this location. They sold me a defective Moto "E7" phone (that's what the receipt says but not the packaging & Motorola says it is not an E7). The defects did not all show up immediately, impart because I rarely make calls on a cell phone. Walmart will ONLY take returns within 14 days (not enough for all defects to manifest themselves) & ONLY if the box is UNOPENED! HOW are you suppose to check for defects without opening the box?? This is really an anti-customer policy. The defects were verified by Motorola. Before I purchased the phone I questioned the functionality of a smartphone with only 32GB . The electronics clerk (appeared to me a department manager) insisted that an added SD card would integrate with the internal phone memory to give a 64GB functional memory. I do not know if he was lying OR ignorant of the products he sold, but it is NOT true & the "smartphone" cannot handle too many apps with its 32GB memory OR there is something wrong with the memory. I will no longer buy electronics from Walmart.

Needed a new tire and this Walmart was closer to me than the one I usually take it to. I asked them to install the new tire as well as rotate and balance them. I told the woman back there which tire I wanted replaced and then I get a call back and she told me I told her the wrong one. Then when I am told it's ready I asked the guys that they rotated all 4. No they didn't. They didn't listen and they didn't even to the right job. Next time I will be using a different Walmart. Update; driving home my car veers to the right, they clearly didn't do their job correctly. Tried calling them and no one answers the phone.

I just went into the walmart on 77th and frontage road in Shawnee KS. I've been in retail for 20 years and not only were the workers rude but when I complained to the Manager he couldn't care less. So unless you're a masochist avoid this walmart at all costs. All you get is attitude from people standing around doing nothing.

This was my first time here since I was a little girl ! I love how organized and neat this Walmart was ! I was very pleased with it until... I checked out my things and begin walking out the door , the "greeter" I guess is was he was suppose to be but he failed to even say anything me but was quick to greet the lady who wasn't even 6 feet behind me walking out right behind me ! Now I don't know if it's just me bc I'm a General manager or because I've been in customer service before but that just turned me all the way off and really made me feel Unwelcomed and not willing to come here to often unless need me ! Walmart please do better at enforcing your greeters rather in or out to do their job , if they greet one person they need to greet EVERYONE! Does matter race, skin to or body image !

The WALMART is not checking returns and they putting the car oil on shelves without checking and we found out that car oil has a water inside which is going to destroy your car and the manager is mean.

I love the new pick up service. Saves me hours and the frustration of navigating around all the other shoppers. I've never had an issue with any of the items and the convenience is amazing!
