Their cosmetics are locked up. The first employee I asked declined to help. Two more employees walked past me ignoring me. I finally got one of their attention and she rolled her eyes and agreed. This place is wild lol

Really decent sized supermarket in crazy-overserved grocery local market. They stock store-brand tarragon, which is awesome! No kohl rabi, turnip etc.; can fermented iced tea really be earning its cooler place butting that out v. even koji softened young bamboo? Some awesome dairy and nata a coco flavor mids, some boring but improving sourdough, plain iced stuff (ok, vanillin iced stuff; gimme cardamom orange rind (cookie; butter preferred over canola too) iced stuff?)

Don’t even know where to begin. No carts ever available and custom service is always “closed” and yet the manager hides in the customer service area in the back. Why isn’t even there if it’s never available for those who need it. This location is so convenient but not convent enough anymore. The cart thing is so bad there are so many elderly people shop and they have to go back out in the freaking cold to get a cart. Manager should stop hiding and start helping, isnt that your job?

This place is bad. I did a pickup order that was delayed twice in a row for the past 2 days. When I tried to call this store, no one is picking up. Do not go here!

Only checkout option was SELF CHECKOUT. NO CASHIERS TO CHECK PEOPLE OUT!!Had a cart full of groceries. Left the store without a purchase!!!

There is no one at the customer center during the working hours …. Like seriously… She went for lunch … no one else can go inside except for her … like there is no substitute….. just one person working in customer center… If she is on break … thats it…. Atleast mention break hours on google… otherwise its a total time waste of one hour or two hours

They gave the store a face lift and got rid of many plant-based products while adding more meat selections and now every customer also has to be a cashier. Daiya Pizzas? Gone. Huge fail, incredibly disappointing. Is it 1984 or 2024?

Just because you facelift a store doesn’t make it better. The employees do. Quality of food, and experience and price! With that said. No carts ever at the front of store in cart bin, they took out more cashier stand and added self checkouts which for elderly is worse. Pallets in aisle all day and night. It’s sad when you get rid of a position to save money but still raise prices. For the love of god pay your employees a livable wage you might not have such a high turnover rate. And customers experience will be better. But what can you do they won’t ever change unless we stop all together from shopping here and force their hands
