Seriously, the worst. The parking lot is an absolute mess. Carts are all over the parking lot, takes 5 minutes to put those away. Store is dirty. Go to Target!

I’ll be returning. It’s Walmart on a smaller scale.

placed an online order at 7:30am for a 4pm pickup, received no messages regarding my order until 4pm exactly when I received a notification stating my pickup was delayed 2+ hours. if you want your groceries to be ready for pickup when you get off work DO NOT ORDER THEM FROM HERE

I've been purchasing groceries online pick up here for almost two years. The last month every weekend has a "delayed by 2+ hours" I have a toddler and work every day so it is very difficult to have groceries and schedule them for times with my little one. When you try to go inside there is only 4 self check out opened with a line of 10+ customers and No employees in regular check out lines.. it's honestly disappointing!

Why do self checkout machines don’t give a change. IS THIS A SCAM ? It’s not only this location but this is the third location. It used to give a receipt that it didn’t give the right changes but no more. THIS IS A REAL SCAM.

This Walmart neighborhood store is really mismanaged. No help at broken checkouts and long lines at self checkout since the other one at 103rd closed. The workers are there but many times on their phones or talking. Long waits makes for a bad experience.

Disappointed with this Walmart - the Walmart at 103rd was consistently better than this one. This store is never clean and rarely stocked. The last 2 times I've been, I've had to wait almost 20 minutes to check out as they do not staff more than 1 check out station. If there is only going to be 1 person staffed at registers, this location needs to add considerably more self checkouts than currently available.

Worst Wal-Mart in Joco, dirty, consistently understaffed and also crowded. Even worse now since they closed the one at 103rd and Metcalf. The last two times I've been here there are no shopping carts inside at all since there is no staff to collect them from the parking lots and return them inside.

Since the 103rd location closed, adjustments need to be made to this location for the increase in customers. This store needs to up the staff and the amount of reserved parking spaces for grocery pick-up. It took over 30 minutes for a parking space to even open up, which causes a ton of congestion in the parking lot - by the time groceries were loaded, it had been nearly 50 minutes. This issue falls solely on management.

Since they closed the closest Walmart Neighborhood market down metcalf, this location has turned into a hot mess. Bring a cart in from the parking lot because there will never be one inside. Long lines for self check-out (with no directions on how to even line up, which has always been an issue at neighborhood markets creating aggravation for people cutting ahead). I have absolutely no idea why they build that many regular checkouts when they never have more than two of them going. I know Walmart has always been a sort of ALDIs for name brand stuff but it’s not worth it. Forget trying to pop in and out anymore. I guess you can try to do order ahead and pickup if you don’t care if your milk will expire in 2 days. They sure don’t. I was a twice weekly customer at the location they closed and spent 100s of dollars there every month. No more. I’ll just cut back in what I buy in order to not feel frustrated and annoyed going to the store.
