The customer service at this branch is outstanding! Amazing- Went inside and consulted a teller named Amy to help with a complex banking issue and she was able to help me step by step to resolve my mistake and also helped me to make things easier in the future! Very nice to have someone sort out this issue so fast even during the holidays. Very much appreciate the kind and caring service!

BE CAREFUL! The ATM at this location was not working. When I went in to tell them they could not have cared less. The machine ate one of my $50 bills so I had to make a police report because they were not helpful and all I could hope for was for customer service to correct it. Maybe if your atm is eating money you could just do your job and PRETEND to care, even if you don't care about me care then about a faulty, broken machine. This machine had been having issues and clearly looks old. They will steal your money and then look the other way so that's why I did the report.

Dont ever get a home loan through Wells Fargo they will keep your last mortgage payment they will then wait to deposit all of your payments into another account after you have paid making sure that you have had racked up late fees Wells Fargo has undergone more than one lawsuit the fact Wells Fargo is still even open is Mind bottling. I hope everyone here has a terrible life

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The employees were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my visit. I was impressed with their level of customer service and how they went above and beyond to assist me. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of their services.

Went in to deposit a casher check from BOA, the teller and the service manager Kat A. said they need to call BOA to confirm, and wasted my whole 10 min standing there. Bad attitude, no smile, stupid rules, but they got punished by the government many times more than any other banks. Do Not bank with this branch, very bad customer service. The service manager Kat, has a smart mouth and loud voice, bad attitude.

Went in to open an account and the lady that helped me was bothered by me asking for assistance and then told me i couldn't open the account without giving me a reason . When i asked why can't i open this account she replies (BECAUSE YOU CAN'T) and at that point i left called customer service and was able to open my account. I advise anyone going in to this branch to avoid her!!! Her desk was the second desk on the left if you come in from the entrance with the ATM. The teller i made my deposit with was great but her co worker was terrible and needs to find another career .

I have been going here for two years. This location has been great and staff are friendly. Over the past couple of months however, they enacted a policy that isn't corporate wide where you need to book an appointment to get assistance with your account. Usually a 5 day wait period to get help with a small account issue or send a wire. Will never go here again as long as this is in place, there's just no point. Such a waste of a good location.

Had to go there today to cash a check. Only one lane. Woman at the window was rude and slamming things i told her have a nice day she rolls her eyes and walked away. I was planning to open an account tomorrow morning since but i will find another that place is horrible.

They have closed branches but have lines out the door. Pack a lunch and plan for along wait!
