This is the third time I've come here. Because they say they advertise delta 8 vapes. The person behind the counter didn't even speak english and only heard me say the word vape. I pointed to the specific kind of vapes. I wanted and he told me that the other vapes were just smaller versions of those.. They have no refund policy so I can't get returned A product that was mistakenly given to me. This is the third time. From other comments i've read, It's just best if you avoid this philip sixty six altogether. The people don't speak english, So they don't even know what you're trying to get. As a disclaimer, I don't care what your ethnicity is. As long as you're able to do your job effectively and if you cannot communicate in an area where everybody speaks English, then you should not have a job. That is customer service based where you need to speak english.This is a prerequisite for every other job out there. Why is this not a prerequisite here. The gas station down the road has people of the same ethnicity yet they speak english so I will begin taking my business there.

My son & I went here to get gas & I gave my son $45 & the pump shut off at $42. He went in to get the change & they weren't going to give us our change. What the heck!!! Luckily, the police were there & they were able to get our change back. Thank you, officers!!!!
