Yes, the staff turnover is happening, but some of them have moved to different positions in the bank.I've never had any problems with anyone there! I bank there & so do all my family. As far as I know, all the staff, including the president, Blake, at times come out to greet you when they're not busy. They take time for their customers, which is my experience. They do so much & it's usually with a smile on their face.

Sarah was phenomenal! I messed up the account number for a several thousand dollar refund check and she absolutely saved me!!

Never had any bad experiences. Staff are friendly, helpful, and are attentive when servicing my accounts. I don't foresee switching unless I moved outside the area.

I was seriously disappointed by the total lack of empathy on the part of the bank and so little consideration for anything but the profits of the bank. I am not saying they are evil. I am saying, they have no clue what customer service is. They should have sought different career choices with no contact with humans.
