I was so blessed. I was in a very rural part of the county. This tow company and their technician Kyle treated me like family. I know why he called his company and Scott the owner worked with Kyle to accommodate myself and my son. My insurance company apparently failed to let Miami tow and Recovery know we needed a ride so 1st trip out Kyle had no idea. But because of his customer care service he went above and beyond called Scott the owner and made a special trip back to the bosses and Scott allowed Kyle to use his personal tow truck. He didn't have to do that. It was my insurance companies lack of information. However this wonderful company worked with me and blessed me in so many ways. I highly recommend this tow company. Very good customer service and honest. If you need a tow truck I would ask you to call this company. Thank you Miami Tow and Recovery. Sincerely, peggy hunsaker

Enjoyed having had the incredible pleasure experienced with Kyle, arriving ON TIME, exactly as promised, to our towing need found at 3:00 in the morning!!! The man was extremely professional, fastidious with what became was his adopted approach to retrieving our 8,000 lb. Ford Excursion, and then delivering it 25 miles later to obtain a replacement tire in the am. Having experienced many tows over my now 71 years, I readily share that THIS was THE VERY MOST POSITIVE experience ever, I cannot say enough about how incredible Kyle left us feeling upon the conclusion of a wonderfully awesome experience. You too will love the service provided by this company, they are truly top notch!

I highly recommend using this tow company! Scott and his team are absolutely amazing and helpful. Kyle picked up a car I needed towed and was super polite and did everything in a timely manner. They have the best team! If I ever need a car towed again, they will be the first people I will reach out to. Best experience I have had with a tow company!

Kyle showed up faster than his set eta in -8° weather. I was able to see his location all the way to me. Kyle was proficient, incredibly polite and professional. I highly recommend this company if in need of their services.

I was stuck in the snow on 169 Hwy heading to work and I was stranded about a hour before I was rescued by Miami Tow. The driver was awesome. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was stuck at the end of my drive when their driver came by. I had not called anyone yet and was almost into the street when he stopped and gave me a quick push to help clear me. I will DEFINITELY be calling them whenever I need a tow or other assistance!!! Friendly, helpful, people you can count on!!!

We scheduled an appointment to pick up some things from my vehicle and when I arrived at the location he said that I could no longer pick up anything. He is a person who does not do what he says. And be careful if you do not write what he likes because he blocks you.
