I stopped by after having vehicle problems on the road and was helped by Roy. He was very knowledgeable and not only helped me narrow down the potential problem, but explained in detail how I could fix it if I didn’t decide to replace the part. I tend to shop around, but I made up my mind to buy it there because of his help. They unfortunately didn’t have the part in stock and the other nearby NAPA store that did was already closed. Since I needed it fixed that day, he told me where I could potentially find the part at nearby competitors. I was very impressed.

Don't answer phones. Personally witnessed them hanging up on a customer. I've ordered parts and they didn't even match the part numbers I requested. Not organized, they don't care about customer service, wont ever step foot in this store again

They carry a lot of inventory, the people behind the counter do have the know-how. I just wish they were open Sunday. That's my only reason for raiding three stars. I'm a weekend warrior kind of guy and need access to parts on Sunday. Otherwise they would get five stars.

Might look into changing the attitude of the people who work at this store. I’ve used Napa for many years but the attitude of whoever answered the phone for me when I was asking a simple question was rude. I’ll stick with O’Reillys from now on. You don’t talk to customers rudely when they are asking a question if you carry a tool or not. ???♀️??♀️
