They had refused to do their job on a tire repair/examination to see if the tire leak issue was able to be repaired and instead parked the car outfront and refused to contact us. They then got an attitude with the individual who went up to get the car about being told that they need to actually look at the tire rather than not doing their job. Clearly appearing to be sexist about the ordeal than do their job.

Went there to see I could get some tires mounted, pulled in to parking area were there was just one truck there and a employee came out, I ask could they mount two tires for me and manager came out yelling they weren't mounting no tires and I needed to call in first and make an appointment, I just said OK that I didn't know just thought I would ask. I'm disabled I'm just glad I didn't have a tire flat.

Absolutely wouldn't recommend Panther Lube. I bought a set of tires from Brian and after having the installed one of my tire pressure sensors would intermittently have a fault. When it finally came in nearby I pulled in, so they could tell me which one was bad. I didn't have time to have it fixed but needed to know which one so could come back when I had time. Brian was rude and wouldn't take the two minutes to check which tire it was. He wouldn't even listen to my problem. I understand they were busy and if the light would've stayed on consistently I would have gladly come back later but that wasn't the case. I won't be doing business with them again.

I got my oil changed here and they didn't put the plug back in properly. I lost 2 quarts of oil and I'm lucky I could smell burning oil. My father inlaw tightened the drain plug properly and added oil. Messaged the owner and no apology no refund nothing. I will no longer get my oil changed here. I'm not the first person this has happened to either. Beware!!!!!!
