“I recently purchased a new vehicle and took it in for service. After numerous repairs I had not anticipated, my van was still having issues and I expressed my displeasure via Google review. Before 8:00 a.m. the next day, Mike, the service manager, called and texted me to inquire about my dissatisfaction. He told me that he and the owner were both concerned and they wanted to make things right. I took my van back and they corrected a few lingering issues free of charge. I was very impressed by them reaching out to me to fix the situation. They did make things right and I'm very thankful for their professionalism and concern for me as a customer. They definitely care about doing quality work and having a good reputation in the community”
