A gentleman was very polite, respectful patient and extremely helpful. He’s a keeper Verizon and his manners. Oh my goodness such a polite young man. He referred to me as ma’am and yes ma’am and no ma’am you don’t see that nowadays, especially from them young ones his mama did a good job raising him.
