“I recently moved to Park City and am in the market for a storage unit, and decided to stop in to the office location off 8th street which apparently handles the move ins for 4 locations in the Wichita area, and wanted to look at a couple units before I made a decision. I spoke with a manager, his name was Kenton or Keaton I believe, and he was extremely polite and very well informed no matter what question I had for him, and made me feel significantly better about this whole process, and so I put a reservation down for next month that same day, when I will be able to move. He assured me he would walk me through the process when it comes time so I dont experience any issues when moving in. Please tell someone at Headquarters how great this interaction was with this manager and I will be moving into that unit shortly thanks again!”
