“A shout out to Doug and Will at the Parsons store. I was looking for a part for my kia but orilleys didn't list it. Got a call after i left and Doug looked it up on line and found the Kia part #. Crossed it over to standard line but wouldn't be in till wed. Went in sat to pick up parts I'd ordered and talked to Will. Found out I could buy through orielly and they would pick up in Joplin and deliver to parsons. Long story short thx to these guys parts will be in by Sunday or maybe still today. Great job guys! Couldn't drive to Joplin for the small increase in cost. Many thx to Doug and Will.”

“Always use Parsons for all my tires.Ernie has always taken good care of me. But now I have a new guy to brag on, his name is Gary. Had a blow out & even tho he was suppose to be working in the shop, he was working the counter inside. Everyone else just seemed to be too busy walking around to help do anything. So, Gary checked me in & then went & put a new tire on my rim.He could have just let me stand there for an hour but instead took it upon himself to do it ALL!Thanks to Gary for caring about the customer & doing ALL the work in a timely manner!!!
