“10/10 would absolutely recommend! These folks are a God send!! Halfway through a 5 hour road trip and my vehicle starts acting funky, I eventually wind up on these kind souls doorstep. Not a familiar face anywhere. I was told up front what could possibly be done, as well as time frames. They got my family and I back on the road within an hour or so, without a hitch. The owner as well as the tech were absolute gentleman, if you’ve got the chance to use them, the wait is well worth it! Was told by others in the area that they’re about 2 weeks out(shop confirmed). “The man found a tire for my father in law's trailer, put it on, made sure it didn't leak and sold him an extra all at a very low price. Service was excellent and since he wasn't at his shop when I called he took my info and called as soon as he was able, like 10 minutes later. He has a lot of used tires and he's just a nice guy.”

Jordan is an awesome guy that stands by his parts. He kept me updated on the progress of my daughters truck and actually delivered it to my house working as good as new. I call them b4 orielys as they have better quality parts for a cheaper price with a gaurantee. Just cant beat it.”

“i have had many vehicles repaired mechanically, as well as cosmetically at Dons Paint and Body. Don is great, and his staff is great, and ive never had any issues with work they have done. i would gladly take work there again. the painter is knowledgeable and seems to have no issues with color match and ive even seen some custom candy paint he did for a customer. they are hard working guys and gals, and if a customer was unsatisfied for any reason, don and the crew would for sure come together and discuss what needs done to make it right. freindly, knowledgeable country shop, with hard working americans making cars look good again.”

“I will never purchase another GM vehicle from anywhere else but this dealership from here on out, despite not living anywhere near their location.
My family was travelling through the area on a long road trip until we broke down nearby. We were able to have my vehicle towed to Tom Davis Chevy, and, despite their service department being overwhelmed that day, they promptly (within 15 minutes) pulled technicians away from their ongoing work to diagnose our issue. The issue at hand was previously "fixed" by a different Chevy dealership in the Northwest Arkansas area. However, that was not the case, and the actual part that was the problem was essentially impossible for any GM dealer to order (let alone have on stock) in the country. Tom Davis himself made the decision to pull the part from a vehicle he already had on the lot (which rendered that vehicle unsellable) to put on my vehicle. At the end of the day, Tom Davis' himself and his staff saved our family vacation and got us back on the road in record time. The customer service is absolutely unmatched.”
“Bought a Buick encore in July and had to have coil pack replaced in August. I appreciated them getting me right in but was expecting a discount since it happened within 60 days of purchasing my vehicle. I was not going to badger the service guys as I knew they couldn't give me a discount but I did ask them several times if it was something to be covered. I needed my vehicle so I paid and then later wrote a letter to the general manager. I at least expected some response. Have heard nothing.”

“Always use Parsons for all my tires.Ernie has always taken good care of me. But now I have a new guy to brag on, his name is Gary. Had a blow out & even tho he was suppose to be working in the shop, he was working the counter inside. Everyone else just seemed to be too busy walking around to help do anything. So, Gary checked me in & then went & put a new tire on my rim.He could have just let me stand there for an hour but instead took it upon himself to do it ALL!Thanks to Gary for caring about the customer & doing ALL the work in a timely manner!!! “Rod did my exhaust cut out and it sounds really good. Also did axle seal replacement and replaced my radiator he' charge way cheaper than all the shop in town and he's really knowledgeable honest and professional in what he does. I would rate him 11 out 10!”
