“We were traveling through Parsons and our car broke down. It was a serious issue, but only a few hours to fix. Rod’s took mercy on us and squeezed us in so we could get home. I would definitely give them my business again. Nice guys and a fun shop to look around in.”
“I called T&E Auto because my car was not running properly. They made an appointment for me to come in and I got sick and couldn't make it. I didn't even call them and cancel the appointment. I thought they would never see me again. I thought that they wouldn't allow me to book another appointment. But I went there and I talked with them and I told them my concerns about my car and they got me in the very next day, they looked at my car addressed my concerns and made sure everything was running well. They got me in and out in about half a day and their prices were great! I made another appointment to go back and have an alignment done on my car. I'll probably go back and have them fix my air conditioner also. Eddie and his team are great! A friend told me I could trust them, and you truly can.”
“The man found a tire for my father in law's trailer, put it on, made sure it didn't leak and sold him an extra all at a very low price. Service was excellent and since he wasn't at his shop when I called he took my info and called as soon as he was able, like 10 minutes later. He has a lot of used tires and he's just a nice guy.”

They were very kind, courteous, professional, and very fast. I had some minor work that needed to be done and since I’m from out of town, they fit me in and got me in and out the door very quickly.
When I’m ready to buy a new truck I think I will drive the three hours away from my home town to come here to buy a vehicle. Very impressed.”
“Always use Parsons for all my tires.Ernie has always taken good care of me. But now I have a new guy to brag on, his name is Gary. Had a blow out & even tho he was suppose to be working in the shop, he was working the counter inside. Everyone else just seemed to be too busy walking around to help do anything.
