absolutely worthless. She took full payment in advance and then cancelled the massage in violation of her own 24 hour policy. She gave me no notification and didn't let me know it was cancelled. I had to call the day before and the day of to double check and confirm. She neither responded or let me know herself it was cancelled (and refunded at least) I had to log in to her system to see she had cancelled. She used exactly ZERO communication methods to tell me herself. Then later that evening SHE messaged ME that she had the wrong number. I took the opportunity to mention the appointment being canceled and she never responded. Despite. wind told she's a waste of money I wanted to at least give her a shot. won't again!!!

This was my first time and I will be back again! I've had issues in the past with having mixed hair and going to stylist after stylist in the SEK area just to leave disappointed ?. But these guys are literally amazing and skilled!!! Very respectful and kind people. Definitely recommend for anyone but especially for my mixed and ethnic folks!!! I was looking for a pedicure. This is a small town so options are limited. Based on their website and the reviews, they looked professional and a safe choice. It was a good pedicure. The young lady who gave me the pedicure did a great job. She was very friendly and in that respect, I was satisfied. However, for a business recently allowed to reopen after the COVID-19 shutdown, I saw no regard for the health and safety of their customers. There was no social distancing, no masks and I saw no extra sanitizing between customers. The hand sanitizer at the front desk was empty. It was business as usual. I kept my mask on the entire time and couldn't wait to get out of there. I should probably have just turned around and walked out once I saw every chair full with not one employee wearing a mask.
