The only people I ever want to work on my mowers.Joel and Angela are kind and they have your best interests in mind. Especially if you run a business, they will do their best to get you on the road again ASAP.Too many times before bishops have I had mower techs work for hours or weeks only to say that they don't know what the issue is, then I take it to Joel and he fixes it in 5 minutes. That's how good he is. I won't recommend anyone else like I do Bishops.

they had my log splitter for 4 weeks to fix a little throttle issue. well when I called about they thought it got stolen! told me I was confused and I didn't know what I was talking about. low in behold 2days later they found it in another shop they have. and when I got it back, still not fixed! incompetent and rude!!!

Took my old Stihl saw in for a tune up several months ago. Has worked great ever since. 4 chains sharpened and I am just now needing to switch to the 2nd one. Have cut brush and probably 3 pickups firewood. Plus cut up a large Red Oak that had fallen for my neighbor. They were busy but got my chains and saw sharpened and tuned overnight.
