had a tire issue down the street @ Caseys... i took it off, rolled that thing all the way down the road, they got it fixed and i rolled it all the way back to Caseys and put it on.

I wanna thank standard tire automotive last night for helping me save my vehicle last night. You guys are the best. You’re a lot better than the Lawrence tow companies y’all know how to get the job done and I appreciate that I want to think my tow truck driver last night that helped me save my orange Subaru came on my driveway in security and all that I was so happy you guys. There are five stars all the time thank you so much.

I had a great experience with these folks, just tell them what you need and I don’t think they will give you a problem, I don’t take them as people to take and crap either. Some of these reviews are pretty sad. I have my truck ecm go out and my truck was on a camp ground with very icy and snowy conditions, they were not sure if they could do it but dropped a car off to pick my truck up because he said it made sense for his route(forward thinking always a good sign) he then came to the camp ground and said we are good to go, mind you I bust my ass once just walking easy and bout fell a bunch more it was very slick. Santiago, Picked up my 9k pound truck with ease and pulled the card behind him, followed him the whole way not one swerve not one mile over the speed limit. Amazing as the rest of my life hasn’t been feelin to good lately it felt good to finally get a huge issue mostly resolved and have some good customer service the whole way. Felica and Mike in my opinion run a good business. They also work with insurance companies so if you have tow assistance they can help you out.

Called Standard Automotive to get tow service. Standard Automotive promised me a tow service in 1.5 hours. After being 30 minutes late, I called and they promised me another 30 minutes. After being another 30 minutes late, I called and they promised me another 30 minutes. After being 30 minutes late a 4th time, they were fired. Each time I called back because Standard Autmotive never picked up the phone to communicate or update. I can only imagine what their automotive service is like. What horrible customer service from a service driven business.

Took my truck in to have the water pump replaced. When we picked it up the air conditioner no longer worked. Called and told them, they had us bring it back and they charged the system. The very next morning after we picked it up, again the air conditioner didn't work. Took it back, they supposedly checked for a leak in the system but didn't find anything. They still haven't made it right, the air conditioner worked wonderfully before we took it in but now they won't fix whatever they did to it. Only gave 1 star to be able to leave a post

Quite simply the crowning example of a old time "small town" mechanic, fast, professional, and reasonably priced and willing to work with you. If more places were like this big mechanic shops simply couldn't exist.
