I used to use H&R Block for years because of the customer service I received there and I trusted the woman that saw my money and helped me with exemptions and write offs & in a small town of 2500 people, not many options for a tax preparer. Now that my lady who used to prepare my taxes is no longer there, I refuse to give them my business because the lack of respect and Kathy thinks she is entitled to everyone in Phillipsburg to do their taxes. People deserve a right to decide who sees their lives on paper & by someone trustworthy, this place unfortunately isn’t it. The difference between greed and ambition is a greedy person desires things she isn’t prepared to work for.
