“REVISED REVIEW - I'm doing some remodeling around our house and was in The Home Depot of Pittsburg last week. WOW! I went in expecting to have to beg someone for assistance. Not so this time. I had not one, not two, not three, but FOUR associates approach me to ask if I needed help or if I was finding what I needed! Big kudos for the new focus on customer service!!!
OLDER REVIEW -
I tend to leave mostly positive reviews. Positive - Wide and broad selection. Friendly staff...IF you can find someone to assist you (the reason for fewer star review).
Negative - The Home Depot is always dreadfully understaffed. I have multiple stories. The staff that I've interacted with have all tried to be helpful though.”
“Walked in and we were greeted very kindly. They had the dryer we wanted on the showroom floor. They explained the “service what we sell warranty” and wrote up our ticket. They helped us load the dryer and we were on our way. Local, honest appliance store! We will shop here again!!”
