“I was left stranded by my vehicle just outside of Pittsburg when driving on vacation. I called a few auto shops to see if anyone could get me in ASAP. This place was recommended when another shop was not available to take my vehicle. Had my vehicle towed in and they immediately started with diagnostics and told me what my problem was.
Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) they could not help, as it was a manufacture issue and possibly covered under warranty with work to be done by the dealership. They talked me through with the closest dealer and with their professional guidance got me what I needed for repair. I will be forever thankful for taking in this “big city” girl that was clueless! They were right, and did not treat me as the problem since it’s a known manufacturer issue. The dealership ended up replacing my engine under warranty.”

“This man, Alvin, is a man I highly respect. The first time I ever took a car to him, it was leaking oil. He told me I can fix it for $500 or you can just keep oil in it. I knew right there and then I could trust this guy. He could tell me every time almost what was wrong with my car over the phone before I ever took it to him. He’s honest and he is very knowledgeable. I’ll hate it when he retires!!
Another peculiar thing about this shop is almost anytime I stopped and chatted with him he had time to talk. He has a way of looking so laid-back and yet he keeps the cars moving and getting fixed I was always amazed by that. There may be someone out there as good as him but there’s no one better.”

They will not perform work without a signature from you so that was a great sign if you are not ready to dive into your wallet just yet. The text you get with a full checklist of the inspection is so handy! Shuttle service is super handy and I will be going back for more services.”
