“Have been looking for a butcher shop for years with less then great results until now. Ordered out prime rib for Christmas and this as by far the best I have found in years. The cut was awesome and the trim was done to ensure a awesome cooking result and the price was so much less then I would of paid up here including the drive. Live just south of Kansas City and it is definitely worth the drive. Will be back”
