About Crimson Villas
Crimson Villas is a great place to live, positively perfect for students planning to go to PSU or moving out of dorms. The singles are the perfect size for a student, quite easy to clean, and it is so, so close to the school and within walking distance of a Walmart. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any problems. Maintenance fixes issues within a short period of time and very effectively. The new management has improved the place overall, working towards tenant well-being. It is a fun place to meet people, especially for pet owners, and tenants enjoy social activities like BBQ and volleyball by the pool. It is recommended, though finding a specific apartment or roommate in advance is suggested.

I have enjoyed living here at the villas. I renewed my lease and am currently staying another year. The staff are all so kind and always helpful. The tanning booth is great and I love the pool!

This place is pet friendly every year. They do little cool events. They have a pool. The floors in the house is really nice and it’s really cheap. I would recommend anybody to put an application here you’re not gonna find a lot of spots like this.

Josh my landlord kicked ass, and was the only reason this place was worth staying at.
