So we traveled all the way from Joplin to go to Dillon's because they are even better the Ralph's we used to shop back home in California. Unfortunately I had Chemotherapy yesterday so we didn't get there until almost 8pm and when we asked this very nice lady Laura about the Deli she said it closed at 7pm.
So we still found almost everything we needed and out of know where Laura finds us at the front and tells us she could help us at the Deli and she did. This kind of Customer Service is kind of rare these days but not at Dillon's.
Before I became I'll I worked in retail and can recognize true devoted, dedicated employees and Laura is one of them.
I took a few minutes to track down the Store Manager and shared our experience with her but this kind of over and beyond Customer Service needs to shared in public.
If you have a chance, PLEASE drop by there and say HELLO to Laura. She's AWESOME!

The manager (?) is always friendly when I see him. I like the way the store is laid out and there are decent deals. Shoppers tend to be courteous and get out of your way...unlike other stores in town. Bathrooms are consistently kinda gross though.

It's a pain just getting in the store, then the cashier whom said she usually works the customer service desk was rude and I had to talk her into doing her job.

Whether it's to pay bills or buy quality food items, we always enjoy coming here. Satisfactory service as always.

Usually great deals and good produce, although bakery workers seem a bit stuck up and too busy on their phones to help a customer.

For a grocery store, it is adequately stocked, has proficiently trained and friendly enough employees, and the costs of goods seemed close on average to most other areas of the states. . Would totally shop here again lol
