This guy replaced the screen on an iPhone 12 my friend had and did NOT pair it to the phone! The camera also failed to function correctly, wifi and bluetooth ceased to function, and there was loose stuff rattling around inside of the phone. And then after going back to ask for a refund, the guy only refunded 25% of the cost of the repair and stole his screen!!! A complaint with the BBB has been filed and I intend to reach out to other local authorities with my friend for theft and fraud.
