Possibly one of the most best skating rink to go to. ? I can very much recommend it, but there is a thing I have to say. As I was skating one day a worker possibly cursed some kids out quietly to other workers. Just because the kids ruined their skating rhythm?. Please be a bit more respectful. And, if you want to say something disrespectfully and you know you shouldn’t say it. Do not say it, and keep it to yourself. But the skating rink is fun ? I do recommend it, maybe not for the workers but for the fun time to spend in the rink. ?

This place is a dump. Floors were dirty and the restroom was dirty had no doors on bathroom stall no soap in dispenser to wash hands and the hand dryer didn’t work. Some of the prices on the snack bar were way too expensive. Staff were not the friendliest people. I would also never schedule a Birthday Party here. It’s a joke.

I took my two kids, 4 and 6, skating here last weekend. We will not ever be stepping foot in there again. First you walk in and are “welcomed” by an extremely rude older woman to take your money. Which I believe was entirely too much. My son, the 6 year old, is a talker. He was telling the woman, while she was putting his bracelet on, that he was a little nervous to try skating again because last time he fell. She literally shoved his hand away and said “okay, now move.” I was dumbfounded!! He’s a child, have some compassion. On top of the terrible customer service, be prepared to spend a lot of money on very little and everything is very old and outdated. The skates are the exact same ones they used when I went as a child 25 years ago and the concession stand is overpriced for selling off brand bottled water and the smallest cups that can be found for pop.

We've gone skating here twice and really had a great time. Staff was friendly helpful and accommodating. Only issue is I feel like there are a few slick spots on the floor that cause both my wife and I to fall (we are experienced skaters) I feel like the floor may need a new coat of wax.

Very disappointed with Lowes Skateway. I have a 16yr old granddaughter with developmental disabilities that went skating tonight. There was a young man working behind the counter that was extremely rude to her. Then there was another young man working as well, that she asked if she could use one of the skate frames, due to being scared since she didn't know how to skate. His reply was, "no, you're too old and we don't have any available." HOWEVER, clearly there were some frames behind him NOT being used! I will be speaking with the owner about how their employees treat their customers! Possibly advise that they higher more mature employees who know how to treat customers! Angry!

Kids loved it but what was really great was the owner came out we were waiting for kids in the car and she just asked that we come in to grab them they were letting kids room about outside unattended and I just thought that was wonderful way to keep our kids safe Lowe's skating roller rink
