I was on my phone standing in line when the manager said to a guy behind me that he was next. When I called to complain the manager told me she said that she said she’d take whoever was next. Then when I asked for corporates number and she told me “Have a nice day” and refused to give the number unless I came back up there. She tried telling me she looked at the cameras which obviously it’s going to look a certain way but you can’t hear what you’re saying. Not to mention she spoke for a different customer because I told her even the customer looked at me because of it. Then when I got back up there she continued arguing with me and didn’t give the number just a website. But yet I called a different location there and they gave it to me right away.. Tom or Tomi is the managers name. Obviously looking through reviews it’s not the first time this has happened. Do better

The new manager is absolutely horrible, the station is always out of lids, cups and everytime people have to complain for him to refill the ice and drinks when every other employee does it without complaint, me and other people I've talked to stop going because the constant asking and nothing being changed

Their gas is the most expensive in town.They have no hot and ready food.They have the smallest beer section in town.Their customer service is the worst in town.The only thing that they have that the others don't is drink flavors, but they won't ever actually refill them. So the only quality part of this place, doesn't even exist. Why's this gas station even here?IT HAS BEEN YET ANOTHER WEEK WHERE THE EMPLOYEES AREN'T SMART ENOUGH TO ORDER AND I'LL A DRINK MACHINE

They never refill the drink flavorings. Literally the only thing that makes the place worth going to.Yet another week where the employees are to incompetent and corpate to stupid to actually do their jobs right.

Pete’s nationwide lost my business on 10/29/20 at 6:20 p.m. Manager was extremely rude. They do not back what they sell.

Half the pumps are out of service, half the cashiers charging equipment is down. Prepaid 40 dollars on the pump and went inside for a quick leak and I was told I had to go back to my truck because it’s “illegal” to leave it pumping unattended . Maybe they have a policy in fine print but no obvious sign anywhere.

Staff there are rude. They continually gripe about being underpaid, and demand that you pay them attention. They look down upon the customers, and are argumentative. Bad enough the prices are ridiculous, but being cursed at while you shop is totally unprofessional. Do not come here to look for anything other than absurd pettiness, and confrontation.

Amazing people and great service. I go in everyday and get 2 peach tea monsters. Today I was having a bad morning and to top it off they were out of my monster. I left and went to work. 30 minutes later the lady's walked two of my monsters over to me! What great people!
