If you get a tablet there make sure you don't get a case for it because they will give you something that doesn't work for you even when you tell them what you need it for in my opinion this is one of the worst Verizon stores I've ever been to

I have been to your Pittsburg location and kelli has waited on me several times. Excellent employee, along with Chris who has helped along her side.In 21 years I have never had a better customer experience. I hope your good employees are well taken care of.

Vince Daniels was super helpful! He was great to work with and was very patient in spite of our knowledge gaps with new technology. He was patient, kind, and understanding. He was very personable and we will definitely be repeat customers. I really appreciate how honest and thoughtful he was in our customer service interactions. Normally ventures like this are very overwhelming and stressful. Here, I felt as at home as I do in my classroom with my school kids. You guys are beyond lucky to have a team player like Vince. Thank you for your help and the amazing support in your customer service!!!

Came in needing help with my phone. My apps were a mess. I came in to this location and Kelli and Chris helped me out and got me taken care of. Saved my life. I strongly suggest you give these two a raise!!!! Such a great experience!
