Remold is a scam. No you have cashier's that charge you triple for a single purchase. Had three people check my receipt and still obviously didn't have that many items in my cart. Then gave me three charges of 5.88 and couldn't even tell me what they are. Still trying to get them to be honest. Now it's just a place to scam money from people!!!!

Very poor customer service from this Walmart. They are more worried about tightening up their isles than providing customer service. I wanted an item from a locked area and was told by one associate that they couldn’t unlock it and they had no way of contacting anyone. After I had to walk around to find someone at the opposite side of the store they called someone to help but they never showed up. If you’re going to lock things up have people to help!

I couldnt survive without this Walmart - literally. They deliver 99% of what I need for the month. Very communicative. They are always on time or early. The store is clean. Always a register open. Extremely kind and helpful employees. I love my Walmart. They are doing everything right and it is appreciated.

Absolutely terrible since remodeling. Everything has moved and the app hasn’t updated so I have no idea where anything is, along with most employees. The new check out area is a disaster. I can’t see what’s opejn not, you have 2 actual cashiers and a large group of people crowding the opening because they also can’t see which self checkouts are open.

I realize the store is getting a complete make over and that things are getting rearranged but my main complaint is that many of your isles are not wide enough for two carts to pass each other which means you have to turn around and go to another isles then come back to the isle you just left. Very frustrating.

Stock is horrible. They have no checkers when you need to check out with an actual person! I also shop for my work there and have to have a live person for my tax exempt! Been out of several things that I need to buy and no one to tell you when they might have it in stock, and it has been out for 2 weeks now and I have to shop for little children! Update for the holidays!! I had a pick up order for some items that I purchased online from the Black Friday sale and had a little shopping that I needed to get done. I decided to park in a regular parking spot so I could do my shopping and just pick up my order on the way out!! WRONG ? I asked the employees if that would be alright to do that and they told me to just knock on a door where they kept the pickup orders and they would be able to get it for me, again, WRONG ? I finished my shopping and talked to another employee at pick up and was told that my order was in lawn and garden because it was a Black Friday order, I asked if it would just be easier to pull into a pickup spot instead of walking clear to the other side of the store, and he said that it was up to me, UGH ? so it is raining outside and I put my things in the car and moved to a pickup spot called the number and then was told I was not in the right parking!! Moved to another pickup spot called the number, again WRONG! And another! Until I ended up at the other side of the parking lot to be in the spot for my order, it was not a large order just a doll and PJ'S! Come on Walmart! I wish I would have just ordered it from Amazon and then I wouldn't have been in every spot of the parking lot in the pouring rain! What is the point of having 4 different types of pick up spots. It's confusing and they tell you nothing!! Rediculios!! UPDATE! They are remodeling and it's a disaster! Can't hardly walk, and can't find anything! Time to do the lawn and gardens, but you can't buy anything that they have out, Home Depot here I come, I am now going to shop anywhere but there, I wouldn't have went at all but I shop for the school and it's a Walmart credit card ? what a mess!!
